A quick break down of my workflow for setting up mesh and UVWs in 3DsMax for sculpting, making a custom displacement mask in photoshop, and finally applying the mask it as an alpha in ZBrush for displacement. This was requested from my facebook art page which can be found here:

But what about using an "Smoothing Group" option inside TurboSmooth modifier. It also let you to subdivide a mesh without geometry smoothing or maybe your technique works different (better)? Awesome videos.

Marcos that's exactly what I thought Creasing edges is beneficial if you crease them between 0.25 and 0.9 + opensubdiv

how to push outwards if I dont want round corners?

So when you take it back into max that's a lot of polygons. Why not use displace. Or is there a work around.
