I installed the same valve on my tractor. A little bit of a pain but well worth it. Thanks for the video.

Definitely worth it. So far it's been flawless. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for this video. I have the same model tractor with the backhoe. This will save me a lot of head scratching and cussing. LOL I too would like to see how and where you ran your wiring.
@JerichoRally2 жыл бұрын
Yeah should have done a wiring video but it wasn't too difficult. I've since sold the tractor.

Did anyone else notice that ? What the hydraulic hoses we're running under at the front of the loader.
@CaperCountry3 жыл бұрын
wish I had seen your video before my install , Just did mine on a 2015 CK30HST , under my seat was the same setup , The pipe was a bitch to get out , the hose from under the seat to the WRLong valve was just the perfect length as i could run it strait down and along under the loader valve , i did find that the short hose from the power beyond port on the loader valve was about 6 " too long. the bracket with the couplers at the front of the loader I had to bend 90 deg to mount it on a good position , those hoses i found could have been a few inches long. The kit ordered through a dealer in Canada was a bit pricey was about 1900 including the sales taxes . all and all Im happy with the install and it worker very well with my everything attachments grapple.

Not sure if that 3rd function button isn't supposed to be operated with your thumb, but if it suits you to use it with your fingers then I am sure you have already drilled a hole for the bolt. Looks like a pretty good kit.
@JerichoRally4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, you're completely right. I saw a pic of the handle on the W.R. Long site and it's facing to the side. But for me, it's most comfortable using my finger. And I didn't drill a hole. ;)

Did you reroute your hoses out from under the brush guard looks like it might be problematic when lifting your loader? Thanks for the video helped a lot.
@JerichoRally4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I learned that lesson the hard way. Was testing the system and the one hose got caught on the brush guard and broke the hose. O-well. Glad the video was helpful.

That was the first thing I noticed, when you showed the hoses running under the brush guard I said, nope that’s not going to work

What's the name of the dealership that wasn't very much help you need to post that so people can go somewhere else to purchase a new TRACTOR
@downhillracer82682 жыл бұрын
I'm probably getting ahead of myself, but does the rubber hose have a "T" in it. Just trying to figure out why you would be taking off a rigid line to simply replace it with a flexible hose.
@pjp80s3 жыл бұрын
What is the marking on the loader valve for power beyond? I could swear that mine is labeled T.
@JerichoRally3 жыл бұрын
Oh wow...I don't even recall seeing a marking, which is why I had such a difficult time figuring out which port it was. WR Long helped me figure it out.
@grambler374 жыл бұрын
Did you have to bled the system once installed?
@JerichoRally4 жыл бұрын
Nope. It's worked flawlessly for us since I installed it. And we use it quite a bit!

What’s the chain through the loader for.

That's the torsion tube...it's how I secure the tractor to the trailer for transportation.
@atruloon3 жыл бұрын
That may get you a ticket. Or worse. I believe it needs to go to axle or the frame. The loader or any rear attachment can disconnect in an accident.
@JerichoRally3 жыл бұрын
I think what you're trying to say is I need additional securement at the frame. The loader needs secured no matter what. Just being "lazy" i suppose.
@justinshaw57064 жыл бұрын
Approximately how long did this take you?
@JerichoRally4 жыл бұрын
Once I learned what the power beyond port was, it didn't take long. I did take my time with the joystick/wiring so that it looked good and was secure. In my opinion it's a very easy install.
@justinshaw57064 жыл бұрын
2ridered2 excellent thank you! Have you got any pictures/videos on how u ran your wiring? I think you just saved me about $800 from having the dealer do it for me!
@JerichoRally4 жыл бұрын
@@justinshaw5706 oh wow... yeah, that's crazy. I'll see if I can get ya a video. But if you have a different tractor, my video may not help. But, I'll see what I can do.
@justinshaw57064 жыл бұрын
2ridered2 don’t have the tractor yet, but planning on the kioti ck3510se, has to be very close to yours!
