3rd gen Dodge Alpharex nova series alpha black review. Most expensive 3rd gen dodge lights

Guys these literally live up to the price at first I was torn would something this expensive actually be worth it? These blew me away. Light output could not be better and fitment is next to none.

Very interesting, but my buddy just got the Nova lights for his 2015 Ram 2500 and the light output sucks. Nowhere near this video in output.

I bought my black Nova’s on Black Friday from CJC PERFORMANCE $944.00. Wayyyyyyy better than stock. I hope the last a long time. Pain in the ass to adjust as you have to take the light out to do it and reinstall it.

​@@3guysgaragethis comment alone ill just hsve to get them... i domt wsnt to give up on my dads truck. handing it down... 99 of the trucks with this model are fcked. platic broken 75 basic things are chiped and nasty. or have to replace allmost everything. seem a video on the dashboard to restore it. once i have the money cant wait to see this on the oldie. repaint it. new speakers. and put it all in ceramic tint. owe a 2020 ford expedition. only thing is starlights.

Installed mine today I didn’t hook up the day time running wires. It’s nice to be able to run the engine without lights being on sometimes.

@@veryangrydodo2376 You don’t need to mess with the extra wires just plug them in. They just make day time running lights come on but you can switch on your parking lights if that’s what you want. Parking lights are just not as bright. I don’t want extra wires under my hood.

And today am going to remove old pen seats sell them.. and upgrade the seats with some 2015 all blacked out leather pretty great condition for 450 bucks! Compared to spending 4k on custom work for the truck and so on... But the seats stink and cushion isn't great... So I prefer to remove them completely.. 6 inch lift next yr and get these headlights. People say am crazy.. but plan to drive the truck to Mexico and do what I want and have fun.. and lastly spend 500-800 USD and use that money to get old paint removed and get a nice orange color or blue but with hella flake.. man.. and lastly get a home boy to help me out with doing the truck starlight's... Most comfortable truck and long drives... And to add it all off is ceramic tint all over. And touchscreen and reverse camera.

When you say Boost Auto, the 3rd generation Rams (As of 2/23/24) only has GM on dodge and S series cab lights that does the sequencial

I have 55 watt bulbs on my ebay/amazon headlights like yours, and the light output still sucks. I am looking at other options cuz they suck so bad. Really dont want to drop $800 on some head lights, but thats how its looking.

I know it’s a lot of money I struggled with paying it too . I promise you it’s completely worth it . They have never gave me an issue they look amazing, perform even better. I had a cheap set of eBay halogen lights and i might as well drove with the headlights off . Promise it’s worth it

@@3guysgarage The lenses on the amazon units are starting to flake after a little less than 2 years use. The LED bulbs helped them, but over all less light than the cloudy stock ones. I am tossed between the Luxx or Novas. Hopefully they take a lot longer to get cloudy or flakey

Do not buy from alpha Rex. I paid like 900$ and they got fogged up etc. Any season they always fog up. I tried airing them out etc but nothing works. And alpha Rex won’t help. They keep replying to me by “ ohh did you install them in moist weather? Did you try air them out?” Always same excuses. I would not recommend AlphaRex.

I’m by no means affiliated with them but one bad experience doesn’t define a company. It’s super unfortunate at your expense but I’ve had nothing but top notch experience with them.

Never had issues with the luxx series from Alpharex, had them in my 05 2500 for 4 almost 5 years before she got totaled after getting rear ended back in December. My 06 2500 has there taillights so I'm gunna get either the Nova series or the Morimoto headlights (probably the alpharex headlights again to match the taillights). Sure they had someone in there customer service that had an attitude to be less than desired, but the others where fine.
