i have a 2016 mazda 3 6spd i touring, 2.0 liter. woundlt it be just cheaper and easier to pull my engine and swap in the 2.5 liter thats alrewady stock turbo? becasue your kit is 5,000 dollars and then have someone install it is another 3k

We are advising 22-26 hours for install for the DIY person. A shop should be in the 2-3 working days range. Also, make sure the shop you choose will actually use and follow the provided install instructions

@@barettstrecker1582 Woah doggy, that's a long time - no matter what direction is taken. Guess you'd either need to be pretty competent to DIY and have all the tools, so not for your average person or take a big shop bill into consideration. Thanks for the details, this'll help us all!

We also have a complete install video and 120 page color step by step install instruction that will be available. The kit was designed with the DIY enthusiast in mind and should be able to install

@@just.a.simplejoe Thank you i appreciate that. The main change needed for the 2.0 kit is the cast SS exhaust manifold. The spacing and bolt pattern on the 2.0 is smaller so we have to develop a whole new casting. We plan to start that once we release the 2,5L kit and also verify automatics for 2.5L

The physical design was not tested on the cx5 and the ECU has also not been touched yet as far as I know. This is specific to the 3 by design. Not to say it won't.

FB post says it should fit the same gen 6 (2.5 manual) but they haven't been able to test fit yet so it's not approved for sale. Should be real soon though as I don't think any modifications would be needed.

Don't get why ppl in the comments want it for the 2.0L engine. It will just make less power for the same cost and if you got the 2.0L Mazda you didn't consider performance mods at all imo.

Because in some countries the Mazda 3 2.5L isn't sold at all. I'd love to get it but I'll have to get the 2.0L and squeeze some more performance out of it instead.
