3rd Life #5: Going Up In Flames

3rd Life is a Minecraft multiplayer server experiment started by Grian. Players are thrown into a tiny 700x700 world with almost no rules, except survive as long as possible.
1st Life: Player names are green. They are not supposed to initiate battle with anyone, only defend.
2nd Life: Same as 1st Life, except their names are yellow.
3rd Life: Player names are red. They get a new goal of eliminating the remaining players. Dying again means they are out of the game and series.

You should put bubble columns underneath the dorito walls and have signs in between the lava, so when people try to swim through they get launched upwards into the lava

@@alanayo_ A minecraft player is about two blocks tall. A bubble elevator launches you, with momentum, upwards. If a sign separates the top of the water and the bottom of the lava, the minecraft player will still be trapped touching the lava.

I didn't think I'd like this series when it came out (I was never a huge fan of UHC). However, this quickly has become one of my favorite Minecraft series. It's far more intense than UHC because of how unpredictable it is. It's also interesting to see passive people turn by the episodes. I hope 3rd Life becomes as iconic as UHC and there are many more seasons and by many more MC KZbinrs.

Etho should have 1000000% killed Scar when he came back the second time. He just needed two more shots and Scar was right there a sitting duck in the water and Etho obviously stopped shooting and decided to let Scar live. Scar and co. did not give Etho that same consideration later on.

He could have, no doubt. But I think he probably didn't take the shot on Scar because he knew Scar is on his last life. If he'd done it, Scar would have had to end his season.... and as a good gentleman Etho is, he didn't want to do that since he was still yellow. .... The thing with Etho messing with Cleo by putting down apparently useless cobblestone is actually genius on multiple levels. Remember how he told Tango that he intended to use a respawn anchor as a bomb and shield himself from the blast by using cobble? Right now he's basically training Cleo to see cobble walls as a dumb joke, and if she were to ever run at him in a real battle, she would perceive those walls as a non threat too. In that case, however, a respawn anchor would follow and she probably wouldn't see it coming.

i like how impulse is all serious and manly and when asked to join hes the cutest kid around and everyone turn into one lol also etho scheming from the beginning and is the fastest to die a couple of episode laters. hes like the game of thrones' little finger. little etho. the plot twists.
