Thanks always helpful. I have a question for a work that I’m doing.. I know we can define the resources in the resources sheet, and then we can decide which resources will be used in each task. My question is: can we define a certain quantity of that resource for each task ? Because there are some tasks where I wanted more than just 1 of that resource.. Like 8 similar engineers for one task and just 3 for other task.

Thank you for watching the video and for your question. If you define an engineer as a resource, you can think of it as a kind of resource and not someone in specific. Then if you need 8 engineers for a task you cant then define that resource as 800% instead of 100% in the resource sheet. Have a great day.

Good night sr. When I did it for the 1st time I didn’t even noticed if that worked because I had many resources in every task. But now that I did it I changed in the column “unites max” from 100% to 800% and when I add that resource to some task there is no difference if it was 100% or 800%, the cost keep the same. That means it didn’t work.

How do combine a 4th level task to 3rd level one
@vision6D5 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question. If I understand it right you have a third level task that could be combined with an other task but in in 4th level. Correct me if I'm wrong you are in a WBS situation and you want to group activities?
