Some sort of GHD/Nordic Curl would be the only thing you might consider since the total options were 4.

Pause back squat, split squat, and cossack squat (I thought they were called "lateral" squats) have been money for me
@BeGrizzlyStrong3 жыл бұрын
Cossacks are massively under utilized and under appreciated. Good on you for incorporating them. An amazing athletic movement. Cossacks do the crazy Russian dancing.

I finished that up and did 42 days of the diet. There are certain aspects Im going to take with me for my normal diet moving forward, but im also looking to explore other diets and track how I feel so I can share as much beneficial info for people as possible.

Also, how do you recommend going into a full lateral lunge/Cossack squat? It seems like my hips block me from getting the thigh over the calf/foot or I have some imbalance that makes it impossible to do

I like the idea of the medball . But,With the med ball lunges. Imo a gable grip would be ideal since you are more likely to be using that in bjj other then.
