If I take 1. In the morning jeera and zinger water in empty stomach then 1 litre normal water then chia seeds and nuts and dates then yoga practice.. 2. In the evening green tea before yoga 3 . Before bed turmeric and cinnamon mix warm water (like tea) Is good or not? Please reaply me.....
