If you have a client that you are working with use their card for the patment and use their business address as the billing address you should be able to set up the payment in USD.

GHL is the best CRM in my understanding because of all the features it offers, if you can't purchase GHL subscription you can work with companies who can set up an account for you in their GHL for a very small fees.

I would suggest use GHL and connect with your twilio, it would be better for sharing access, the problem with Skype is when it's marked as span people won't pick up your phone call, but with GHL you can always change the phone number and buy a new one.

Right now, skype will be best for cold calling, but it will only give you one local number, not many numbers to work with. But if you can spend a bit more money you can get better softwares which will allow you to call using local numbers.

If you have less than 5 agents you can set up your dialer in GHL, if you have more than 5 you should set up VICI dialer, also it depends on the type of campaign you have for examples, if you want to call warm leads GHL would do the job perfectly, if you want to cold call thousands of numbers you can use VICI dial.

We are already working with GHL, the payment works without a problem, sometime the auto debit doesn't work but you can check your card to see if it has international transaction active.
