Complex Protein Theory- Protease enzymes break down protein in the intestine
4 Foods to Avoid: Bovine, Casein, Gluten, and (sometimes) Egg Whites
-Not easily broken down and cause immune dysfunction in some cases
-Not everyone reacts equally to all 4 of these foods, so it is important to still track!
-Food sensitivity tests are notoriously difficult to interpret in the pro-inflammatory state.
-OK to re-introduce some of these foods, when time is right.
You may consider a protease supplement (Top pick: PBenzymes.com).
Some clinicians believe it helps tremendously (but the recent research is limited).

So here is my issue. I have had MS for 12 years. The only thing that helps it is carnivore. Plants paralyzed me worse than anything else. RED meat was the only thing that got me on my feet and back in shape and my health was eating strictly carnivore meat diet. So there's that.

Bone Broth is often the best food for me to stay symptom free. I LOVE fasting and feel my best while fasted, however, it can be troublesome to fast too much, so I like Bone Broth, eggs salmon, Kiwis, Whey Isolate. Vegan proteins are OFTEN loaded with heavy metals, fillers, glyphosqate.

Wow. I was diagnosed with MS a little over a year ago (was misdiagnosed 9 years ago).I've noticed since the major flare that led to my diagnosis that my stomach is soooo sensitive. I've had to cut out most condiments, milk and dairy products, and alot of sugars. If I eat them I know chances are I will pay for it. Thaught it was just me. Thanks for sharing. Much appreciated.

For people who have any kind of egg sensitivity (like myself), whites are usually the culprit. If you want to start adding it back in, start with the yolk, not the whites. Also, I'm surprised you listed beef, but not sugar. Sugar feeds inflammation big time and should be eliminated. Beef on the other hand, has many important properties that are good for your health. Only if you have an obvious beef sensitivity or allergy should you cut it out. Legumes and night shades are also a big problem for some.

Even before my diagnoses, my body started to revolt. I could not even think about eating some of the foods I had been w out becoming physically ill and if I’d force myself, I’d pay extra. So I just stopped fighting and walked away from all the foods I loved. I eat the same things every. single. day. And Omgoodness I’m finally able to get out of bed…even sat outside and painted my nails - fingers and toes! First time in YEARS. Thanks for this video…maybe I can add some variety now. Tho I’m so dang picky… 🤞 Here’s hoping 😃 Edit I haven’t drank milk or eaten ice cream cheese etc for over a year, prolly longer for milk ice cream. Cheese is a lil harder to do w out. I don’t miss it at all. I eat free roam eggs & super duper thinly sliced bacon and one slice of whole wheat honey toast just to help stay full. I rarely eat lunch though I’ll snack. The only snack I can handle are chocolate covered raisins. I eat a container (from sams club) every week or so. And for dinner, the only meal I can handle is stuffed cabbage, asparagus and mashed potatoes…. Awww man, I thought I was doing good w asparagus 😩 dang it. I’ll chek into the medicine.

are these good sources of protease: Papaya: Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which is a type of protease. It is often used as a meat tenderizer and is also present in some digestive enzyme supplements. Pineapple: Pineapple contains bromelain, a mixture of proteolytic enzymes, which can help in the digestion of proteins. Bromelain is available in supplement form as well. Kiwi: Kiwi fruit contains an enzyme called actinidin, which has proteolytic properties and can aid in protein digestion. Mango: Mango contains enzymes like amylases and proteases, which can contribute to the digestion of carbohydrates and proteins. Ginger: Ginger contains the protease zingibain, which may assist in protein digestion. It is commonly used in cooking and can be consumed fresh or in powdered form. Honey: Raw honey may contain small amounts of protease enzymes, contributing to its potential digestive benefits. Fermented Foods: Some fermented foods, such as miso, tempeh, and sauerkraut, contain natural enzymes, including proteases, which can aid in digestion. Yogurt: Certain types of yogurt contain live cultures of beneficial bacteria, including some with protease activity, which can assist in breaking down proteins.

Dairy dairy dairy... there is Molecular mimicry... that triggers a flare, besides all the other reasons related to causing inflammation... In summary: Good - antiinflamatory foods. Bad - inflammatory foods (including meat of most kinds). Personally I recommend Vegan or IF diet, or combination, and definitely Low Carb (All sugars are inflammatory). Wish you well...✌

Dairy may also affect the gall bladder and casein may swell the brain/body. Dairy may lower Mg which helps. No gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/food with a label/heated oils may help. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye...oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten...is a grass. Hidden gluten in nuts not sold in the shell//meat basting/some spices/air/lotion/food with a label/gluten free food. LDN may help block low amounts of gluten.

My body likes mostly vegetables, chicken, and nuts as nut butters, potatoes.. and I discovered looks much like the FODMAP diet - so I guess I'm unable to break down these various sugars. Also, I need to start the day w/ veggie broth, some protein, and then carb - if I eat anything carby in the am it's a trigger. Thanks for the info on protese. What enzymes (as supplement or food) help break these sugars?

I had hidradenitis and chronic deep facial cysts when I was doing an elimination diet for chronic MVA nerve pain (LTNL). It took 6 weeks, 6 long weeks without pizza (college kid with high metabolism) to become a clear-skinned (mostly) believer. We'll, it's just that the symptoms are persistent in PMS and intermittent in intermittent relapsing MS. They are both going in the same direction, and have the same possible symptoms, at different speeds. Intermittent relapsing can become PMS. .

I'm on a plant-based diet and am now concerned about soy. In reading up on lectins, I learned to stay away from legumes like soy, peanuts, garbanzo beans, etc. But if you boil them, you can leach away most of the lectins. Gonna give it a try...

Yes, if you can afford those tiny exoensive little boxes they sell. You can learn to grow your own sprout. I did when I became vegetarian 51 years ago, because back then you couldnt find many of the healthy vegan staples we now can take for granted as mainstream.

@@rosieposie9564 so I tried that didn’t help this last month I read an article about a study being done for high fat diets to help with people with stroke, multiple sclerosis or other neurological disorders. I’ve started that eating a lot of beef egg and other high fat foods, and it seems to help a whole lot so much that I am taking less medication.

Actually there are. And lots more studies connecting meat with cancer, as well as juni foods, fast foods, sugar, lifestyle, etc. anything inflammatory can trigger an exacerbation of MS, some of it is individual to you, some of it is general. So even if you don't have an autoimmune disease, you should consider going vegetarian or vegan. For many reasons, not just your own health status.

Fawsiya: Humans originally had an intolerance for mammal milk (including breast milk) past the age of 2 or 3. It took a genetic mutation for some people to tolerate dairy. So your intolerance is actually our original, normal genetic program. People who tolerate (or at least think they do) mammal milks, are "mutants!" LOL! I like oat milk in my coffee, and I use it for baking, too.

Every single time i start yawning while i drive now, i pop 1 or 2 pieces of gum and chew it, stops me from yawning and keeps me foccused, i know it has to do something with your muscules in your mouth to force blood in your head, but im puzzled why cant energy drinks trigger that reaction from my brain
