Hi i really love your channel & you're the best volleyball coach on youtube. Can u please make a video how often you should do core exercise, jump training and etc. And also if you could combine jump training and other exercises coz i heard that you cant do jump training everday. Idk if its true. Thank you.

In general you should do core or jump training at least 2 times per week if you want to improve. Yes, it is not good to make jump training every day. Your body needs to rest, to regenerate. I advise 3-4 specific training per week. Also these specific trainings can be part of your normal volleyball trainings👍

i have a problem as a libero, im really fast so i change movements easily but when I defense or receive i can't stay in a straight position. wich excersice I should do for improve my coordination skills?
