The Irish skillet, potatoes, onions, green peppers, corned beef, Swiss cheese (which I prefer american) with 4 eggs over medium. Wheat toast buttered and dipped in the yolk which settles all through the hash. Omgoodness, it's my first choice at any restaurant.

I lifted one of those crockpot liners out of my crockpot the other day to transfer to the trash and it busted all over me. It was so frustrating, and the liquid got my thighs a little burned. I’m soooo trying that breakfast casserole. That looked DELICIOUS. I have an old crockpot that’s yellow with various fruits on it and a hunter green crock. It was my moms when I was younger and the crock is cracked but I still use it religiously. It’s all about the memories. 💜 That Gordon Ramsey clip was life. 😂🤣

I have an old Ninja 3-in-1 cooker that has a saute setting too. Not Cosori but similar. Haven't used it since I got my first Instant Pot. I should use it once in awhile. I have many slow cookers - different sizes. I also have several Instant Pots. Ppl think I'm nuts but they are different sizes and have different settings.

Do you find that the slow cookers cook too hot these days? I tried doing a breakfast in the slow cooker one time, and it completely burnt (followed the recipe exactly), so it's always made me nervous to try again (unless I started it at 4AM!).

I'm so annoyed that the cosori slow cooker isn't available anymore. It's been on my Amazon list for ages, and I kept putting off getting it. Now I can't. 😠🙄 But I'm definitely going to make that hash brown casserole this weekend for me, husband, and MIL at the cabin. It should last us for breakfast for the 3 mornings we're there.
