I got frustrated from watching different videos saying don't eat vegetables...eat vegetables and stay away from certain fruit. These were HEALTHY things! So, then I tried intermittent fasting, but I KNOW I wasn't doing it right and would destroy myself by eating when I KNOW I'm not hungry. Then I came across your video. THANKUUUUUUU! THIS WORKED!👏🙌I gave my weight loss a punch in the gut!🤜 U ROCK!

Fruits, whole grains and "lean" protein makes me even more hungry..... I can't eat fruit, nor grains even if whole and my protein has got to be fatty, not lean. Otherwise I'll get very hungry during fasting window.

I can't not eat for 3 hours before bed. My family eats dinner between 1830 and 2000. I need to be up for work at 0430. Lol We'll see gow it goes without following that rule.
