Emotional intelligence to me Is having more than one ennate trait. Humble speaking from 48 years experience, my entire existence. I am • highly intuitive (1 ennate trait) my gut brain is awaken, clair cognitive an ennate sense of knowning) • strong empath (2nd ennate trait) my heart center brain is awaken • HSP (highly sensitive perception) my crown center is open, I am a feeler.. I feel vibrations of energy automatically and I will understand without communication. It's the essence of the energy that tells the story.. no words needed. These 3 innate traits I was born with allows me to understand emotional intelligence firsthand.. I hope my truth helps you understand Thanks for reading. Christina

I liked this video! Thank you very much! I have been studying emotional intelligence for over a decade now and in my professional career I deal with a lot of people working on their EQ to become more emotionally intelligent. It is a lot of work but the results can really be amazing! I think it’s a great investment of time for us all. Reading the book was a life changer for me.

Great ideas on emotional intelligence as I can see the interconnection with psychology and a balanced way of thinking. What we think, depends on how we see something in the present , from the past and future .The key is to be mindful and the magic of the moment is in the now. Thanks MindValey for your inspiring feed.

From Jason Marc Campbell (interviewer in Video): I agree that I could have gone much deeper into the topic, yet I needed this to be accessible to audiences who might be new to the topic. What part did you feel was missing from the interview? Perhaps we could have it included in a further episode. Cheers!
