1. IF + regular strength training (if you do not exercise regularly now, try IF for a couple weeks first then add in exercise so you don’t overwhelm your body) 2. Remove added sugars (at least for short periods of time) 3. Walk more (a lil bit throughout the day. At least 1 minute every hour. Ideal walking schedule video on her channel) 4. Get enough sleep (try putting electronics away 30-60 minutes before bedtime) These are such good tips! Thank you SO much! 💖 also CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Incorporating 15 minute lunch time walk, dragging co-workers with me as often as I can. 🙂. I do strength training in mornings in fasted state, then after work do my 45 minute + walk.

I have been watching you since July and have lost 36lbs!!! I feel better than I have in years!!!!!!! Every wed. I weigh in I'm amazed. I was hesitant at first( eating full fat not counting calories) I still can't believe it works. I've told everyone I know how unbelievable and easy this is. I'm never hungry and have tons of energy. I can't thank you enough, this has totally changed my life.

The cutting off tech time. While I sleep well, and 7 to 8 hours, I still feel tired sometimes the next day. I am fairly new to Intermittent Fasting. Combining it with Keto has been very helpful. This video is very helpful.

20 000 steps a day. Using Garmin Venu watch. The weight loss results with Autumn’s Complete Intermittent Fasting bundle and the new step goal has been mind blowing! Was on a plateau for two months. Total weight loss since end of Jan is now 11kg’s.

Congratulations on your wedding, Autumn . Im im 6 weeks post partum , trying to lose that baby weight. But for some reason im in a plataue for about two weeks now, im doing omad with low carb and drinking acv twice daily. Didn’t exercise yet, waiting for dr’s clearance. I just feel like my body structure has changed 😅 if you get what i mean. Like i feel my hips are wider!!!! Lol. And being PP that means no sleep 🙄 I really wanna go back to my pre pregnancy weight and body shape. Any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙏

I am starting back with 5,000. I have to exercise on a chair or mat. No pool around here. Injured and setting a goal to keep improving.

I have a question about “moving” throughout the day. I have degenerative problems with my spine and joints and can’t walk very much. However, I do take a water Pilates class to help with getting exercise. Do you think this is enough movement to help with fat burning? Is utilizing a sauna helpful? Since developing my health issues I’ve struggled to get enough movement for health benefits. Anything you can suggest or address on this issue for some of us would be greatly appreciated!

I use the old cheap kind of kindle that is NOT backlit, so easier on eyes anytime of day. I put library checkouts on it before traveling so I have plenty to read on vacation… keeps me from stressing about the news.

I used to drink ACV right when I wake up and again before going to bed. Now I just do it in the morning cuz before going to bed drink causes me to pee several times a night... lol.

I wanted to know if you have any tips for disabled people? I hit IF hard 2 years ago and lost a ton of weight but it was hurting my body more due to an injury so I had to eat more for surgery and I gained weight fast. I'm feeling heavy now and uncomfortable so I started IF again but it seems like nothing is working.

I’ve done IF a few times in the past and always love that I don’t feel as bloated one thing I have noticed this time tho is when I break my fast I get super bloated I usually do a salad with eggs, eggs or one of your smoothies could it be dairy or am I just eating too much? Love your videos btw I’ve been binge watching them

I'm nearly 60 and I've been eating once a day for most of my adult life, long before I even knew there was a name for it. Having learned about its benefits since I found out its name, I now ask myself / wonder if this is why I had no problems at all with menopause.....no hot flashes or anything. Barely noticeable.Also never had flu in over 20 years and when I get colds they are so mild that they are barely noticeable 🤷‍

Could someone summarize these tips pleeeeease! I love the 7 day detox program. I did two daily coffee enemas (one coffee enema when I wake up and one coffee enema before bedtime) to boost the detoxing effects. I have been doing enemas since 1995 since I was 13.

I drank a lot of half and half. I'm not all into this insane losing weight speedly but I can of like to know what's up? I have good energy when I intermittent fast except when it comes to working out 75 to 80%! Is this normal. My doctor friend tells me the cut down intermittent fasting and only do this two days and then eat like normal. It's just that I don't eat that much. And another thing is that I used to sleep like a baby and I sleep about 6 and 1/2 hours a night that's pushing it. Just some tips wrong or completely normal

@@teekotrain6845 I do for like night walks and stuff, but getting in the 250 steps in an hour on days when I am working from home is a pain. When I am in the office it's cool, but especially in the winter here going outside for a quick walk every hour isnt something I can do, I do it, but I get really bored walking back and forth.
