After cheat days I usually do an extended fast the next day and it works really well for me. I don’t generally have cravings. But I listen to my body. If I’m hungry, I’ll eat. Generally, I do well with an extended fast. Helps me get back into track

I tried some of your holiday tips and they were great. I ate protein before going, ate smaller portions, skipped the rolls and only drank water. I even had 2 desserts. I cut the portion in half ,mom took the other half. I was full but not over stuffed like in the past. The dinner time was in my window too. Thanks for the tips.

Along with I.F should I also be doing calorie restrictions? Also sausage balls are my weakness so could I skip ham and turkey and enjoy the balls
