I LOVE YOUR VIDEO! You have one without the music? I find it distracting and I want to fully focus on what you're saying (which is awesome stuff :)

Only 3k views?? This video is awesome thx a lot. Any recommendation on how to train to sit lit you at 3:55? My knees really hurt doing this and I want to fix my posture. Thanks!

Thanks for the video. Maybe you can improve the audio mix. It is difficult to really understand you because you are not ‚wearing‘ a mic and the backgroundmusic is very much in the acoustic front and distracts

Any chance the hip excersise could help with basketball....to maybe get lower to the ground in a defensive stance?

@@TheHealthyT *No, I love the music. Gets me in the mood to stretch and workout. Just turn your mic up more. It's just cause the gym gives off a bit of an echo.*
