Jordan Peterson is talking about habits that will completely transform you. Watch the video to find out more. If you love these videos, then make sure to subscribe for more amazing content.
There are four habits mentioned in the video by Jordan Peterson. These habits if applied can shift your entire life completely. One of my favorite habits is quitting getting drunk on alcohol. This is important because many people drown themselves in alcohol because they are trying to avoid responsibility at all costs. If one can stop drinking alcohol, then one can stop hiding from responsibility. Turn to the video for more!
About Jordan Peterson:
Jordan Peterson is a renowned speaker, author, former clinical Psychologist, and Professor. He has written three books so far. The first one is The Architecture of Belief, in which Peterson describes a comprehensive theory about how people construct meaning, form beliefs, and make narratives. The book, which took Peterson 13 years to complete, draws concepts from various fields including mythology, religion, literature, philosophy, and psychology, in accordance with the modern scientific understanding of how the brain functions. Check it out here: (Maps of meaning: amzn.to/3pB2d8r) The other book is 12 rules for life, A best seller. Check it out here(12 rules for life: amzn.to/3BgM5vh. His recent book is

About the Channel:
Welcome to wise advice motivation. Our Goal is to produce compelling inspirational and educational videos that tackle major areas of life such as relationships, self-help and so much more.
How we work:
This is a channel that is solely aimed at producing self-development videos with the goal of motivating, inspiring, and educating its viewers. The videos we produce have elements like visuals, audio, and background music Which are not owned by us. But thanks to the fair use policy we are able to use clips e.g. from interviews and Jordan Peterson's lectures and transform them by adding commentary in the form of animation and video footage. Here is how we work. Our editors brainstorm video ideas, then analyze hours of interviews and videos across youtube. After finding the clips, we then stitch them together, add music to provide an immersive experience and commentary in form of video footage and whiteboard animation. This commentary helps transform the video to be unique as well as gives the original clips a new perspective. We also add text animations to emphasize important messages in the video.

Started drinking beer when I was 38, continued till I was 63. I woke up about 8 weeks ago, and told myself Im not touching it again, and had been praying for God to take the disre from me. It was my Jesus, and I have no disire for it, and I never got lot waisted on it, except certain times. No withdrawls at all. Dont touch hard alcohol maybe a Margherita when I ate mexican food. I just started Wim ‘s breathing exercises last week. I just started listening to Jordan yesterday. I feel I’m on a good path that actually found me. I asked for help to my creator. I have been finding these ppl. It’s a blessing and I’m grateful. I discovered Dr. Wayne Dyer 20 years ago and I read all his books. I’m excited because Jordan reminds me a little of Dr. Wayne Dyer.

God is faithful to deliver us when we are willing to repent, lay down what has us in bondage on his throne and walk in his ways of wisdom and righteousness from that point on. His formula is so simple yet we try to fudge it to our convenience . Use His definition of rightnesses and repentance not ours . That is the game changer!

I am a recovered alcholic, I have been sober for over 40 years, the key to my success has been my journey with God, it is his love, compassion, grace and mercy, that took me out of the hell I was in, as I continue my journey with God, he continues to heal me and change me in ways I never thought was possible, I love myself today, more than I ever thought was possible, this is all due to him loving me and showing me the way to righteousness, I can do all things through he who strengthens me. Alcohol is just another way that Satan will take you away, from all that you are meant to be! When I attended AA, for many years, what I discovered is that the vadt majority of the people who attended, didn't drink to avert their responsibility, they drank to escape the pain and shame of sexual abuse, I think we need to be careful about labelling people, when we don't have all the facts! The points that Jordan speaks about, in regards to finding a journey, exercising, having a routine, stop drinking, are valid points, yet, there is so much more to recovery than this!

I love Jesus with all my heart mind and soul. And every day I cherish now. I have sone ill health past 9 years. My reliance is on God for everything in life. God is everything or he is nothing it mentions in the big book. God bless. 🙂

@@dr.justinspiehs REALLY dishonest comment without context. Shame on you for a CNN-level comment. Especially with your claimed background. To be HONEST, you would also say that he has since solidly denounced the vaccines and boosters and had loudly stated: You'd have to kill me first." - before he took any booster(s). He was severely - deadly ill. There was some indication he would have been prohibited from receiving medical treatment for his illness(es). He spent eight days in a medically induced coma in a Russian clinic seeking alternate treatments. "He nearly died several times during his medical ordeal". Peterson said in May 2021 he would be getting the jab because he believed he had insufficient antibody levels after contracting COVID-19 in 2020 ... his antibody levels appeared insufficient to prevent re-infection. Dr. Jordan Peterson said he was fooled into getting a COVID-19 vaccine shot in May 2021 and despite pushes from the Canadian and American governments to take up a vaccine regime, he said he won’t get fooled again. Peterson suggested Thursday he "got vaccinated because I naively believed the woke force-mongers would leave me the hell alone thereafter. Fool me once...." He also tweeted ... "I got COVID shots in 2021, because I believed the claimed clinical trial results, and trusted the FDA. But looking at mountains of evidence since, I no longer think I made the right decision. These shots are much more dangerous and much less effective than claimed." I fully believe you need "something better than alcohol" in order to be healthy. As a young man, I liked alcohol, but I never worried about being an alcoholic. I had way too many things I loved doing. I didn't want to miss a minute of my day rock climbing, skiing, sky diving or doing photography so I would always control my drinking, perhaps go clubbing with my girl friend without taking a single drink. I had so much fun not drinking sometimes. It just wasn't necessary and ultimately fell way down to the bottom of my list of fun things to do.

Step 3, exercise 4:40 - he is so right! I was badly injured and amongst other issues, I sustained a major concussion. After 3 months they did a concussion study and found my brain was firing at HALF of the lowest normal voltage of 8.4 ( mine was 4.8) the doctor told me to exercise, his biggest piece of advice, so I did. Not much, about 15 minutes routine a day, no weights just getting my heart rate up, and then whatever I could slip in throughout the day, lunges on the way to the kitchen, etc…After 6 weeks they did another study and my brain was firing at 19.4!!! I didn’t do brain games or anything extra, AND I had the flu and was super sick for 2 weeks of that time! It truly works!

Then when I got knocked back and not excepted in the army , I was lost so drank more and did heaps of drugs . Ended up having my large bowel removed and stopped drinking but got Dayton OxyContin. Then I finally said no more and am curious suboxone. Just got to kick that and I’ll be back . Only took 18 years but had - 18 brilliant years growing up , back to another good 18 before the last 18
