Not cutting the vegetables the previous night will lead me to eat 2 minute Maggi in the morning and eat out during lunch. So I will rather choose the lesser evil.
@sushmitatiwari130711 ай бұрын
Really? How much does it take you to cut vegetables by the way
@CreativitySimplicity11 ай бұрын
@@sushmitatiwari1307 Peeling, cutting, cleaning etc will take more time than cooking maggi and washing the utensil if you care about portion size and not just eat veggies as a side dish. Again there is the difference of single tasking while cutting veggies and multi tasking while cooking maggi. While the difference between cooking cut veggies and cooking maggi is negligible. Besides Maggi as I said here is synonymous to convenient foods which take lesser time to make but lack nutrition.

Original earthpot are traditionally used on mud stove and life expectancy is also for long time. Namaste!🙏🏻☺️ First of all I want to say that Satvik movement is doing a great job by spreading the knowledge about Holistic health and reversing diseases. I am so grateful to Satvik movement, Thank you so much.🙏🏻😊 My question is regarding milk consumption. Here are some questions which is stopping me from excluding dairy from my diet. *1* . why is it that even if the milk is pure and cruelty free you tell us to not to consume it Even though pure Indian cow milk has many benefits . *2.* According to you people used to drink milk because they used to do lot of physical work. what if a person works that much in today's time, would you still not recommend ? if yes then why ? *3* Should a healthy child or teenager consume dairy ? if no Why ? *4* Why is it that even Hindu scriptures glorify the consumption of milk and milk products like milk ,yogurt and ghee? Even Lord Shri Krishna used to have milk and milk products according to scriptures. IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. *It's understandable that we should go for vegetarian diet as compared to non vegetarian BUT what are some strong reasons we shouldn't consume dairy? *It's my humble request, Please make a separate video on why one shouldn't consume milk and milk products. That would give more clarity about why should one go VEGAN .* Thank you for reading my message please do respond🙏🏻 Please like if you want a video on this 🙏😌
