Love this head scarf look! I'm a 22 year old .I'm mixed light skin with green eyes .I was always embarrassed for my hair . I always relaxed , braided,weave my hair. Cause people always expected me to have type 3 hair .All my 3 sisters have looser silky type 3 curls .But I took the step to say enough is enough .And whoever have a problem with my hair can fly away .😁 I'm 8 months natural since my big chop .I'm Type 4 hair. It's a big change mentally ,emotionally and physically . By hearing your stories and how your going through this journey I can relate . I admire and look up to you so much! My sister has type 3 hair too, and I’m pretty fair mixed woman with greens eye as well. I love my sister’s hair. She can just wash and go with her hair. I’m almost 40, did the big chop last birthday. I wish I had done it years ago, but it’s still hard. I miss wearing baseball caps to keep the sun out of my eyes. They don’t fit my hair anymore.😭🤣😭

I wont lie. I saw this channel as reccommended to me for months. I thought this girl was wearing a wig. I thought she was a very pretty white woman...wearing a nice wig. Lol. But I was like. Girl no. I finally watched one of her videos the other day and feel bad for judging. Shes biracial with type 4 hair. And thats not often promoted. I have come across biracial people who didnt fit the biracial look thats often pushed. Loose hair and light skin. They had either dark skin, or type 4 hair. So I should have known better. Will support. I believe there are many biracial people out there like her who have features people dont believe biracial people get. Its good for everyone to have representation.
