Thank you so much for such easy recipes. I'm a working woman and this is so easy to prepare in the busy schedule for dinner. Two surprises I had..1) never thought that these soups can be so tasty 2) always felt that I will feel hungry middle of the night, if I have soup for dinner. But, these soups just kept me full and easily digested to feel fresh in the morning. Please post more soup recipes. Thanks again!!

Hi Pallavi, Pregnant women can also follow the satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise. Just avoid enema in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Follow 12-hour fasting instead of 16 until you stop breastfeeding, because you may feel hungry soon as your body is feeding your baby. We are attaching a link below. You will find 10 steps along with the diet plan. Read it carefully. Follow the blue plan. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cX1btPCj_2UoKOdCPfdzDeQRDrXjgSHl

Hi Shubhangini, For skincare, we recommend you follow the satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise. Do not use any soap, creams, lotions, serums, or medication. They are loaded with harmful chemicals that penetrate deep into your skin and spread across your bloodstream, causing damage to the organs in your body. Use natural alternatives - we have curated a recipe to make a natural face and body cleanser. Click on this link for the recipe - bit.ly/2UxHakX Wear natural fiber clothing - cotton, wool, etc. Avoid polyester, nylon since they irritate the skin.

Di tell me what to eat during acidity
@SatvicMovement4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ginni, Acidity can be cured by following the satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise. First, please understand what is acidity. Acidity happens when we keep eating throughout the day, and our stomach keeps digesting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It never gets a chance to rest. As a result, it loses it's a natural ability and starts releasing acids (digestive juices) even when it's not supposed to, that is, even when there is no food inside the stomach. Hence, the acids hit the stomach lining and it causes pain. Fasting will be extremely beneficial for any person suffering from acidity. It might be difficult in the beginning and the stomach might ache. But after 3-4 days, the stomach will regain its natural functioning. On the 4th day, you will not feel pain, even while fasting. If you never give your stomach a rest, acidity will never be cured. If 16-hour fasting seems too much, don't worry, start with 14, and then stretch, as your stomach gets cured. We are attaching a link below. You will find 10 steps along with the diet plan. Read it carefully. Follow the yellow plan. Start following the 10 steps from tomorrow itself. Take a print of the diet plan and stick on your fridge. If you follow just these 10 steps religiously, you will see a huge improvement in curing acidity. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cX1btPCj_2UoKOdCPfdzDeQRDrXjgSHl

@SatvicMovement4 жыл бұрын
Hi Aparajita, We do not recommend lentils, kidney beans, or chickpeas for those trying to cure a health problem or lose excess weight, as they are very difficult to digest compared to other grains. Once you are fully cured, you can eat sprouted lentils, kidney beans, or chickpeas in the replacement of your grain meal. Sprouting makes them more digestible and increases the life force within them. Types of sprouted lentils you can eat are mung, arhar, chana, etc. On the other hand, sprouted lentils, kidney beans, or chickpeas are very good for athletes and children, and they can have them every day.
