The type of shockwave he is talking about is a different type than what physiotherapy typically uses, I've had both types the old for a leg injury and the new type for urinary control and erectile issues following a radical prostatectomy. That shockwave at its worst felt like being flicked with an elastic band. I feel it has helped my recovery greatly 5 months in and I'm down to 1 pad per day with usually very little leaking. Your videos have also been very helpful and inspirational coupled with going to a local pelvic health practitioner.. Thank you for all you do to help men Eric.

Thanks for leaving this comment Ken, that's great insight regarding the shockwave. I'm glad to hear you're doing well and down to 1 pad per day, that is fantastic! I appreciate your kind words and thanks for being part of our community.

Excellent information. Watching from Pretoria, South Africa. Is 5 to 6 hours of sleep very bad as that is all I can achieve? Thank you Doctor.

I am guessing anxiety doesn't help and i have high anxiety and I am trying to get my BP under control.

Hey Jim, thanks for your comment. You're correct, anxiety takes a toll on your erections. May I ask how you're managing your anxiety and maybe even performance anxiety?
@JimGEDDIS30006 ай бұрын
@@DrEricLeckie I try to manage my anxiety the best I can. Performance wise.. needs improvement overall. I am not sure if there are multivitamins I should be taking to help or any certain natural supplements???. I've been trying to force myself to move around as much as possible. Even going for short walks. Also, I am trying to drink more water, however that is a big struggle since there's not much flavor.

#1 help is by far relaxation and the top killers are by far stress and anxiety.

He could pay me 2 million and I would tell him to eat well and exercise to stay younger. It's not rocket science
@stanleycarter3036 ай бұрын
True but there's exceptions to every rule! That would work for most people! Unfortunately there's some it doesn't work because of some underlying physical anomaly or illness which can be natural, drugs, injury or accident! Which are all rarer than most men just sedentary living!

Found Eric and several others last year, 50 years old 260 lbs, lost morning wood and cialis/viagra dependent, This year 203 lbs, incredible nocturnal and morning erections, weaning off the medication. Combined Mediterranean/keto lifestyle, HITT training, weightlifting, intermittent fasting, erectile friendly smoothies, one serving of avocado, sardines in water, tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, half a lemon and cayenne pepper in water daily. At least 2-4 pastured, egg yolks a day. Also, usually mix it with some Maca root and cinnamon. Five months ago, I started doing push-ups on my knees, holding onto the wall to do squats, everything is greatly improving, focus around, keeping your penis, healthy your brain and heart will follow Literally a new person and continued improving, Also threw in one or two Kegel workouts, a week and daily pelvic floor, stretching, and don’t forget the tennis ball😅 Definitely will be taking one of Eric’s workshops soon, Eric thank you so much ‼️

Hey Doc. I've already given up the idea of getting a stiffy. Good general health established when you are younger is key. I had that when I was young but then discovered alcohol and class A drugs. Now I sit here paying the price of that. I've got a lot on my plate that means it's never going to work, except with those blue pills or 2 splints and a bandage. It's like trying to flog a dead horse up a cliff. Although it is frustrating as I don't feel like a man anymore I already consider myself dead, just I'm still breathing. Surprising as I've had 4 heart attacks, still I'm breathing. So I'm giving up with your channel. Sorry.

I hear you and I'm here for you. I'm sorry you're going through this. But things can't get better if you give up you have to keep going, one step at a time. Have you consulted with a psychologist or a therapist to help work through everything you have on your plate? Let me know how I might be able to help you and feel free to email me at hello@drericleckie.com anytime you'd like
