Buddhism and other religions are superstitious, they do not exist, they do not express reality, it is not right to worship idols or to ask for help from other beings that are partners with Allah. Allah is the Almighty and has infinite power. Islam exists and calls us to a league. It commands good morals, running towards good deeds, being helpful

The #1 tip is definitely something for me to work on at this moment. I always have something to do and not having expectations from meditation is a great tip to convince myself to sit in silence and just go for it. Thank you for this video 🙏🙏🙏

While sitting to meditation, mindsets: 1. Have less expectations. Be calm and patience. 2. Take a good time. 3. Let it come ,observe and let it go of thoughts. 4. Be gentle to yourself.

Expectations is a big for me, a few days ago as I sat into my meditation, I had a rather amazing experience and I haven't had another one since and I kinda realized it because I'm trying to meditate instead of just letting it happen.

I used to meditate a lot a few years back, and I once had a truly beautiful experience I cannot fully explain… I’m currently going through a rough patch in life and decided I should to try to achieve that state again. Thank you for the advice ✌️
