In this condensed version of the routine, we cut out all the extra explanation and get right to the stretches. Use this program daily to prevent neck pain and get back to your daily activities.
Always start slowly and gentle with any excercise and stretch. Use correct form as instructed.
We recommend stretching as often as possible to get the best results. With this routine the exercises can be repeated 2-3x each session and you can perform at least 2 sessions a day.
