I add 1 tsp to my eggs, it elevates a simple scrambled egg to supremacy I add 1 tsp of butter and 1 tsp of onion/garlic if you like (I mince my onion and freeze it in a ziplock bag on a flat sheet, it breaks so easily, so when it's available I use it) saute to a golden brown then add 1 tsp of Gochujang and mix it with the onion and also to help it heat up a bit then add the eggs, scramble and grate some Parmigiano Reggiano (trust me!!) and done!
