This song was a pivotal point in my life,i was in a salmon farm in the Scottish Highlands working for next to nothing(the views and the cottage provided the other benefits of working there)and had applied for a job working in north Africa in 1993,to my amazement i was offered the job,i sat in our local pub and this song came on and gave me the push i needed to go,so i landed in Tunisia with 12 pence in my pocket and started my new career. Ive just retired a few months ago back in Scotland,but every time i hear this song i go back to the wee pub in the Highlands for a split second and thank my lucky stars.
