I have an idea that includes that basically you have to fight Undyne the Undying, Sans, Flowey, and Mettaton NEO all at once, and Sans and Flowey block attack directed at Mettaton NEO. Each boss targets a different player, so the person who moves normally is targeted by Flowey, and the person with the sheild is targeted by Undyne and so on and when you kill someone they're attacks dissappear and the person the boss was targeting will be forced to dodge one of the other bosses attacks as well which will get more difficult. Then you kill the next, and then things get even more difficult to dodge, and then once one boss is left(probably Mettaton NEO or Undyne), the attacks are at their most difficult and everyone has to dodge them at once and all you have to do is just finish the boss. If Undyne is left, you pretty much do a more difficult Undyne the Undying battle while Mettaton NEO you survive one attack and then one hit and it's over.

@matissimo j Undyne the Undying has 99 attack and does about 12 damage per hit. Mettaton will do a lot of damage, but it'll probably be around 50 damage per hit.
