Nice video, JP! In the positive or concentric phase, you can make the T2 as hard as you want AT EVERY INCH of the movement. I liked it better than bands for this reason. Bands are hardest near lockout and easier in the beginning. Lots of science says training at longer muscle lengths (beginning of the move) is better than training at the end of the move (lockout). Bands work the opposite.
