Please never stop, your mission is absolutely beautiful, you really changed my life and my relationships. You're a fucking angel. I wish you success and prosperity, you deserve it, you will have it. Thank you. Bought your program, too much value for too little price.

@@paulientimmer-healingthefe9870 daily was the wrong choice of words, LOL. “As you post more frequently” is what I meant to say

Pauline, thank you. For being the one who I have had the pleasure to come across at the moment when I was so desperately seeking answers to questions I didn’t even know how to ask. Your own journey is an inspiration to so many like myself and it’s almost like looking in the mirror. Thank you

That is true, whenever I feel hurt I feel like I give them the power, like they purposly hurt me and if I feel that, then it is real. The story I create in my self is I loved them, they didn't love me and they hurt me, they already found someone better and yet I am the one feeling this bad about it. I am the loser, they are the winner. Why am I always the loser? Why am I feeling alone, unworthy, unloved and broken while they just move on instantly and find someone better in a few weeks?

So glad I found this attachment style and your channel. Broke down during this. Child abuse really does train you to reject every feeling you have, because they are expressions of a bad person. Thank you for your videos, you are very kind and empathetic. You make me optimistic for my future.

It helps me a lot. The next part is…should we be speaking feelings. I contemplate them, and correct how to feel, nearly continuously.
