Subah mein breakfast kam lunch Jo leti hun vah 11 12 12:30 aur jo dinner hai 8 8 ke bich mein kar leti hun aur soti mein hun 10:30 11:00 main sirf 2 time hi khana khati hun

Mai sirf do meal leta hun pure din me breakfast and lunch. In evening black tea without sugar or some time normal tea with sugar. After that no meal.

Yes. But you have to change your life style totally . Focusing on sleep, resistance training, different type of aerobics, flexibility. Most important it is that you eat only home cooked food freshly prepared . Dedication and self control is the key. Make sure that your thali fir lunch and dinner is balanced.
