I did intermittent fasting before. Almost 3 years ago, and after 2 months, it was my lifestyle . But then I had to stop the intermittent fasting because I moved from Canada to 🇺🇸. So now I'm starting again from today 😊 . Intermittent fasting helps you a lot for weight loss really, really good . If you eat a little more good fat, you lose fat really fast. Thanks. I’m 85 without any major health 20:46 problems. I do take 16 hours gap but my weight has been steady for nearly 20 years. I walk 5 miles everyday & stretching exercises for 15 minutes with daily routine like cooking, washing etc. I eat at 6.30 pm and next morning at 10.00 my first meal is 1 teaspoon honey. Half teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon lime juice, half cup warm ginger water. Then I’ve a cup of tea. No breakfast but lunch at 2.00 pm with lentils cooked, vegetables cooked. No rice, no roti no bread. Any fruit with peanuts or badam or walnut. Evening at 6.30 cucumbers/tomato salad with yogurt cilantro crushed peanuts. Sometimes I do have fish for lunch. But it’s working well for me.

Nice informative video mam I started intermittent fasting 4 months ago I keep my fasting period 15 hours and it’s working well for me lost 11 lbs in 4 months stopped losing weight anymore but it’s working very well for me I break my fast with soaked nuts followed by light breakfast salad in afternoon and dinner anytime between 6 to 7 it worked well for me and of course light exercise everyday is helping my knee joints that’s what I started to overcome my knee arthritis pain feeling much better!!

I am 54 years old woman and I am doing intermittent fasting with a fasting period of 14 hours currently and I am fine. It has given the whole body energy and feels really good when you don't stuff food just because it's said to be given 3 or 4 times according to the clock Feed only when the body ask don't stuff just because its lunch time or dinner time and also having dinner before sunset has created a healthy system altogether and I am really enjoying taking care of the body and its functioning by giving a break and rest time to them too.

Mam it's a fantastic way of loosing fat... I have done before few year ago.. And I lost so many kgs.. But last some months I got demotivated due to some hormonal issues.. And I was searching for a great motivation to start.. I got ur vedio and finally I decided to restart it again... With my experience I want say every one when I was in fasting last few years.. It is little bit difficult for beginners and just for 7 days and so many problems will come to demotivate but plz don't leave and just continue for 6 days thn and amazingly body will adopt ur process and results will shown from 5th day. And u will loose ur fat from ur belly area very fast it will again motivate to continue... durring the eating jone i was taking only gluten free things fruits vegetables.. Paneer everything iwas taking I lost around 20 kgs in few 3.5 months.. Plz make more videos on this topic ... It will definitely help for all over ur health.. Ur face ur skin will say every thing... Atleast healthy 1000 calories every day.. Not less than this..

Good tips In our Hindu religion, all these rules of fasting have already been kept which today's youth have forgotten. If you observe two Ekadashi fasts in a month or two fasts from Krishna Shukla Paksha or if you observe fasting for four or five days in a month, then also the body remains very healthy. Ye meh kar rha tha but muze ye nhi pata isye intermitten fast kehte he😅 but muze adat hogai he acutely mera kam jyada computer pe he so me ratko 9 baje khana khata thoa walk karta hu phir so jata hu aur phir subhe 5 baje uthe ke phirse kam karta hu , green te ya phir kuch nhi leta hu direct 12,1 baje meal leta hu and ha it works realy good muze pata nhi tha me kaar rha hu isye bhu kuch kehte he thanks mam apne aaj samza diya 🙏🏻

i have habit of masala tea in morning. for intermittent fasting , I opted to switch it out with warm water with pinch of turmeric and few lemon drops and it suppresses my urge to have tea in morning. I sometime use ginger tea with lemon also. this has helped me with that masala tea addiction :)

I did Intermittent fasting for 40 days, it helped me , by 2.5 kg loss in a month but then I started getting chakkar sort of in the morning hours around 9/ 10 am.

Mam aapne bahot accha samjhaya. Mujhe sugar/bp hai. Magar pahele hi din se 18 ghante fast body ne accept kar liya . Aur itna fresh lag raha hai kya batau. 4:0 pm dinner(aap isko kuchh bhi naam dedo) 10: am breakfast.

Shivangi ji, you look amzaing talking and one cannot change video listening to you. But if you could have used other slides and animations to make it more technical then video could have been great. This video is more like listening to Radio while keeping eye on neighbours terrace for some one to turn up.
