I did intermittent fasting before. Almost 3 years ago, and after 2 months, it was my lifestyle . But then I had to stop the intermittent fasting because I moved from Canada to 🇺🇸. So now I'm starting again from today 😊 . Intermittent fasting helps you a lot for weight loss really, really good . If you eat a little more good fat, you lose fat really fast. Nice informative video mam I started intermittent fasting 4 months ago I keep my fasting period 15 hours and it’s working well for me lost 11 lbs in 4 months stopped losing weight anymore but it’s working very well for me I break my fast with soaked nuts followed by light breakfast salad in afternoon and dinner anytime between 6 to 7 it worked well for me and of course light exercise everyday is helping my knee joints that’s what I started to overcome my knee arthritis pain feeling much better!!

अगर healthy रहना है तो दिन मे सिर्फ दो बार भोजन करो.. रोज walk करो और atleast 500 calories burn करो.. मै रोज 22 से 23 घंटो का fast करता हू जिसकी वजह से मेरा one meal a day भोजन हो जाता है.. मै रोज fasted mode मे Gym जाता हू.. Gym जाने से 10 मिनट पहले एक कप coffe पिता हू जिसमें दूध और sugar नही होता और heavy exercise करता हू.. भोजन की शुरवात मै Healthy fat और protien से करता हू, carbs सबसे last लेता हू और सबसे end मे चाय लेता हू जिसमें दूध और गूढ होता है..

I'm following this since 5yrs Aapne bataya meal after fast light hona chahiye Lekin bade bujurg ya kai saari purani books me bhi likha hai ki breakfast heavy hona chahiye For example breakfast:lunch:dinner = 4:2:1 So contradiction arises What's correct?

13 hrs to ho jaata hai.. par 16-8 ke liye kaise karen.. Office time 9.30 se 6 hai.. 7 PM ko bhi dinner karen to brekfast 11 Am ko kya office me breakfast karen?

Weight loss is very easy with intermittent fasting....मेरा अभी चालू kiya है mast हल्का हल्का बॉडी लगता है....16 se 18 hr तक kar leti हूँ...koi bhi problem नहीं hoti....
Ma'am apne video ko x0.25 karke dala tha kya😊 Mujhe x1.75 karna pada. Good info. Plz promote day time fasting. It's difficult but gives 10x results. No eating....5 am to 7pm.

मेरी उम्र ,,,62 है इंटरमिटेंट फास्टिंग मैंने जब से की स्वस्थ और बहुत ही हल्का महसूस करता हूं। पहले थोड़ी परेशानी हो सकती है। अभ्यस्त हो जाने के बाद सब सामान्य हो जाता है।दिन दो बार भोजन ही स्वस्थ जीवन का राज है।
