I did intermittent fasting before. Almost 3 years ago, and after 2 months, it was my lifestyle . But then I had to stop the intermittent fasting because I moved from Canada to 🇺🇸. So now I'm starting again from today 😊 . Intermittent fasting helps you a lot for weight loss really, really good . If you eat a little more good fat, you lose fat really fast. Now I'm 79kg, and I will update after 1 month. Good luck, everyone thank you. Remember you guys will love this intermittent fasting

Mam it's being 1 week that I have started fasting for 14-15 hrs .... starting was little difficult as bloating started....but it's recovering slowly and now Today on Sunday I can say body bahut light feel ho rhi h

Thanks. I’m 85 without any major health 20:46 problems. I do take 16 hours gap but my weight has been steady for nearly 20 years. I walk 5 miles everyday & stretching exercises for 15 minutes with daily routine like cooking, washing etc. I eat at 6.30 pm and next morning at 10.00 my first meal is 1 teaspoon honey. Half teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon lime juice, half cup warm ginger water. Then I’ve a cup of tea. No breakfast but lunch at 2.00 pm with lentils cooked, vegetables cooked. No rice, no roti no bread. Any fruit with peanuts or badam or walnut. Evening at 6.30 cucumbers/tomato salad with yogurt cilantro crushed peanuts. Sometimes I do have fish for lunch. But it’s working well for me.

I have started intermittent fasting 18/ 6 from 01/Nov/2023 it's been 4 months ago and I have uterine fabroids and non alcoholic fatty liver. My weight WAS 105 KG😢 and Now I AM 83 KG🥰. I am still doing let's see what happened next 😊.

Maine 2 days pehle se start kiya hai 14 to 16 hours fasting...but I feel good energetic level ...challange accepted.. my age 42..menopuse period continue..and now my weight is 88...i want to reduce 88 to 55 with positively.. as per my height 5.2" ideal weight 55 so..I want weight loss..

I am diabetic last 30 years. I take insulin about 15/16 years. Now I do intermittent fasting 14/15 hours. Rarely 16.hours. Now' I stopped my insulin, I take medicine only one time.

I am 54 years old woman and I am doing intermittent fasting with a fasting period of 14 hours currently and I am fine. It has given the whole body energy and feels really good when you don't stuff food just because it's said to be given 3 or 4 times according to the clock Feed only when the body ask don't stuff just because its lunch time or dinner time and also having dinner before sunset has created a healthy system altogether and I am really enjoying taking care of the body and its functioning by giving a break and rest time to them too.

I think we should aim for minimum 12 hrs fasting and 12 hrs eating window ,also considering extended fasting is not good for gall bladder 🙏

Hi Shivangi ma'am hi friends I have just started with 12:12 that is 12 hours eating 12 hours fasting having 3 meals a day in small portion with fruits only I m unable to give up my evening tea.I m already feeling better energetic active efficient I desperately want to lose weight please pray for me and slowly slowly I will try and increase my fasting window.Shivangi ma'am this podcast was so informative and knowledgeable.I understood the concept of IF completely.Thank you ma'am for being so helpful and inspiring.

Main Raat ko 9 baje khana khata hu, aur next Day 1 baje apna lunch leta hu. 16 Hrs Fasting ho rahi hai. Office se ghar aane tk 8.45 baj jaate hai. Isiliye raat ka dinner late ho jata hai. Kya yah fasting ka tarika sahi hai?

@@hijabi__girl786 ye bhi tarika sahi hai , lekin fasting ka 12 to 8 ye time sab se benifits deta hai , jaise ki sunset ke baad 2 ghante tak khana khaya jaye to aati uttam rehata hai , uske baad yani 2 ghante ka khana tamsik nature ka hota hai jo jyada asar nahi hota , time gap bhale 16 ghante ka ho dono tariko me , for ex. agar 3 log fasting kar rahe hai unki age body ek jaisi hi ho , manlo ki vo tino judawa / tidwa ho , 1 Wale ne fast Kiya 16 ghante ka time -10 to 6 to usko 20 dino me hi benifit dekhega , 2 Wale ne 12 to 8 usko 30 din , 3 Wale ne 2 to 10 usko 40 din lagenge

Ye meh kar rha tha but muze ye nhi pata isye intermitten fast kehte he😅 but muze adat hogai he acutely mera kam jyada computer pe he so me ratko 9 baje khana khata thoa walk karta hu phir so jata hu aur phir subhe 5 baje uthe ke phirse kam karta hu , green te ya phir kuch nhi leta hu direct 12,1 baje meal leta hu and ha it works realy good muze pata nhi tha me kaar rha hu isye bhu kuch kehte he thanks mam apne aaj samza diya 🙏🏻

@@Katariyamohitbhai walk at least 10000 steps Avoid junk .... 3 litter water.. Less oil cooking... Add fruit in your diet at least 2 fruit. Add seeds and nuts... Avoid munching.... Suger salt Kam kariye Band nhi karna h Kam karna he... 6 months... Kia tha Now Intermittent fasting is my life style

Nice informative video mam I started intermittent fasting 4 months ago I keep my fasting period 15 hours and it’s working well for me lost 11 lbs in 4 months stopped losing weight anymore but it’s working very well for me I break my fast with soaked nuts followed by light breakfast salad in afternoon and dinner anytime between 6 to 7 it worked well for me and of course light exercise everyday is helping my knee joints that’s what I started to overcome my knee arthritis pain feeling much better!!

अगर healthy रहना है तो दिन मे सिर्फ दो बार भोजन करो.. रोज walk करो और atleast 500 calories burn करो.. मै रोज 22 से 23 घंटो का fast करता हू जिसकी वजह से मेरा one meal a day भोजन हो जाता है.. मै रोज fasted mode मे Gym जाता हू.. Gym जाने से 10 मिनट पहले एक कप coffe पिता हू जिसमें दूध और sugar नही होता और heavy exercise करता हू.. भोजन की शुरवात मै Healthy fat और protien से करता हू, carbs सबसे last लेता हू और सबसे end मे चाय लेता हू जिसमें दूध और गूढ होता है..

Mam it's a fantastic way of loosing fat... I have done before few year ago.. And I lost so many kgs.. But last some months I got demotivated due to some hormonal issues.. And I was searching for a great motivation to start.. I got ur vedio and finally I decided to restart it again... With my experience I want say every one when I was in fasting last few years.. It is little bit difficult for beginners and just for 7 days and so many problems will come to demotivate but plz don't leave and just continue for 6 days thn and amazingly body will adopt ur process and results will shown from 5th day. And u will loose ur fat from ur belly area very fast it will again motivate to continue... durring the eating jone i was taking only gluten free things fruits vegetables.. Paneer everything iwas taking I lost around 20 kgs in few 3.5 months.. Plz make more videos on this topic ... It will definitely help for all over ur health.. Ur face ur skin will say every thing... Atleast healthy 1000 calories every day.. Not less than this..

Maine bhi intermittent fasting ko follow karke 10 kg weight loss kiya hai and my current weight is 65 but abhi bhi main overweight hun mujhe aur 78 kg Apna vate loss karna hai special for tummy but Kyunki bich Mein Mera yah fasting break ho gaya tha ghar ke family function ki vajah se to mujhe bahut jyada bhi craving ho rahi hai aur mera jo dinner time hai vah 7:00 ho jata tha but ab Nahin Ho Pa raha hai main time ko manage nahin kar pa rahi hun next 1:00 se pahle khana nahi Khati Ho Raat Ki Jo timing hai main vah tik nahin kar pa rahi hun so Koi suggestion De sakta hai please

Good tips In our Hindu religion, all these rules of fasting have already been kept which today's youth have forgotten. If you observe two Ekadashi fasts in a month or two fasts from Krishna Shukla Paksha or if you observe fasting for four or five days in a month, then also the body remains very healthy. If you follow the rules of fasting, then knowledge and science explain everything to you.

Yess.. इंटरमितेड फास्टिंग 94kg था मेरा वजन ऑगस्ट से लेकर मार्च तक मेरा 16kg वजन कम हूवा हे.. मुझ मे बहोत फरक आया मुझे देखं कर मेरी सिस्टर ने भी स्टार्ट किया तो 10 kg सिस्टर ने भी कम किया..

I did Intermittent fasting for 40 days, it helped me , by 2.5 kg loss in a month but then I started getting chakkar sort of in the morning hours around 9/ 10 am.

I take my last meal at 05:30 pm. I get up early mornimg at 03:45, get over with my morning call, go for 30-40 mnts walk and pranayam. Then take a shower. Now if I hv to study till 09:30 am without eating anything, how can I. My concentration breaks because of hunger. Kindly guide me on this.

Most of us been educated about intermittent fasting from foreign countries! Accepting that won’t harm us! We have not mastered every area of life just like foreigners didn’t master every area of life & that’s ok! Bharat mein salo sei yeh concept use ho raha hain lekin hamne kabhi suna nahin hai! 😊 We know about fasting but we didnt know about intermittent fasting in details until we watched few Doctors from foreign countries, why can’t we accept that?!
