The 4 changes that have carried me to great success, professionally, personally and physically which took over 7 years are.... 1. A positive can-do attitude. 2. Letting go of my ego, and pride. 3. Controlling my mind and emotions. 4. Learning and physical exercise. Stay Uncommon!

Bro just to let you know that you are not alone and your situation happened and happening with other people maybe much worse than yours. Some words of hope & encouragement - for this temporary situation: First, when we are rock bottom- look up. Hold on to God’s word. Trust Him . God is the Only One we can trust 100%.He will see you through. After the rain, you will see the Rainbow. You might not see it right now, but this challenge is like opening a treasure chest for you. Now, you will discover who are the real friends/ family, you will finally know your strenght & weak side- who you really are. Everything on this earth is temporary. There are times when LIFE slap us with reality- to wake us up (perhaps we are sleeping at the wheel ) to save our life. Also you use the name: blindswordsman : some insights; you are not blind only blindfolded by limiting beliefs? negative thoughts ? Toxic people/ environment ? SWORDS- you are a warrior/ fighter, you are equip with tools to fight back- to win. Swords- plural, meaning you can sense you have many skills. Man - God created man to be a Leader ( in His Image) Wise and good.Romans 8:31 If God is for us , who can be against us. Listen to the “ Olympic Spirit” played during 1988 Olympic Games. Do not give up- the Best is in front. Keep going. Meet us at the Finish Line- we made it through the Rain ( another song). God bless everyone.

The habit of daily exercise changed my life! I started as a teenager 30 years ago. First, I gained confidence, reduced anxiety, and had fun. Over time, I have realized how much it prevents illness and disease. But more than that, it taught me that I can do hard things and I am stronger than I thought I was.

My new habits on the last few months are drink water when I wake up and on my drive to work before drinking coffee, taking a walk after dinner every day. Sometimes I walk in the morning too. This has helped my mood stay positive and has given me much more energy all day. I am eating more home cooked meals cleaner and limiting my meat consumption to 2 times a week. Not as hard as I thought. Love your channel it gives me inspiration. Thank you

The ability to be my true authentic self no-matter what( staying in your own truth and thinking outside the box) might not make you the most friends or the most popular person in the world, but at least you will make the right friends...This was the lesson i had to unfortunately learn the hard-way, but when i finally did in my late 30s( my life improved ten-fold) self love and care is by-far the best habit i have introduced in my life ♥

@@simonalexandero With waking up early I'm more relaxed starting my day unrushed, able to journal and set intentions for the day, check in with myself and I get to create realistic "to do" lists. With meditating I'm feeling more connected to who I truly am, I manage my emotions better and stay grounded. I'm still at the beginning stages as its only been two weeks of this practice and I trying to be consistent with it and make it a habit. Thank you again so much Simon for this inspiring and insightful wisdom, thoughts and tips, and advice! I'll give them a try! And do one at a time. A habit I would like to share with you that helped me connect and bring me back to the present and bring more focus in the busy day and life that I live in and also probably many others is to " Take 5 deep breaths. everyday." If you can take more each day then that would be even better. But at least give yourself time to breathe in and then breathe out. Brings you back to what's happening right now in the present and also release any tension you have even if you didn't notice you were all tensed up. It's been really helping me connect with myself and also to my thoughts and priorities. Just taking it slow and at my own pace. I hope this habit and tip will help you out too! Wishing you all the very best, Simon. Have a beautiful day.
