the timing of this video is crazy, i'm struggling big time right now. about to turn 25 and recently quit my full time job because it was taking such a toll on my mental health. living with my parents and about to start a crappy part time minimum wage job to bring in a little money while i continue my job hunt. been feeling like i'm going backwards lately, i needed a video like this. 💞

Lucy - I wanted to pop in and say thank you for how you manage to always bring encouragement and light in your videos! I am in a constant battle of the mind. Always thinking the absolute worst is about to happen and struggling with being in early 30s and self image issues. My goodness I think God is using you to help me feel like gooooood things are coming too! I always put on one of your vids when I am feeling down. I hope you also have those people that encourage you !!! :)

Oh my goodness. The timing of this video. I just got off the phone with my Mom and mentioned how I’m tired of being so drained and no energy despite doing healthy things! I’m just currently in a stage of transition with my health/life- but believe this transition is moving towards the better! Thank you for this video and making me feel not alone! 😅

I feel you lovely lady, I have been struggling to and there are ups but it is hard to stay there. Thank you so much for this as I lost one of my best friends to mental health last week, let's stay strong and feel the collective love. Thank you and take care xx 😘❤️🩷

Thank you for your vulnerability. This totally resonated with me and I can totally agree with so much of what you have said. Well done on making movement in your life, it can be exceptionally difficult. I hope you continue to feel better.

You are always so sweet Lucy. I have been struggling too and have been trying to not keep it all to myself (because I don't want to be a burden). Talking to friends helps a lot.

@@lucylismoreI am feeling frumpy and in a major rut with fitness, so I was rewatching your beginner friendly calisthenics. Even though I have done a lot before, where I am now I just feel I need to ease back in. Also, home life is feeling overwhelming… so much to do and the little bits I do just dont seem to make a visible difference yet… I got part way into your video and when you started talking about the fish analogy, I paused your video and I got straight up and vacuumed and then sorted a cupboard out of the childrens spare seasonal clothes and blankets that I was putting off. 😊 so I feel better at being more productive. Thank you. Its now the next day and I just finished this video, and that energy of inspiration you gave me yesterday has now followed on today… ❤🎉

I actually love that blue shirt 😊 If you want to try something that might help the glands, you could try Japanese face massage (which has an emphasis on lymphatic drainage). There’s an adorable lady who has a channel called Imi’s Bigan Yoga which is mostly different types of massage for health and beauty. Also, on that topic, I really love a Japanese line of moisturizers called Hada Labo. They’re fragrance free and super moisturizing without being heavy or oily. Also they’re not super expensive (usually about 15-20 $ for 140/170 ml). I use two kinds in layers: a thinner kind of watery one called a “lotion” first and a thicker creamier one called a “milk” second. Not sure if any of that would be your thing, but wanted to share. I’m nearly 34 and I’m becoming much more conscious of skincare etc. 😅

Hi! Just wondered if you've tried Polytar shampoo, it took care of my all over body psoriasis and I use it to fix my scapa-dermatitis now too (vosene also seems to work) ❤

A lot of people with psoriasis testify on KZbin that their psoriasis dissappeard when they started eating meat only. Maybe try it for three months?

It's not a bad idea to temporarily eliminate foods to see if they might be the problem. Re-introducing them one by one can pinpoint which one is the trouble.
