Look at your diet first you could be eating a lot of food (anti nutrient) containg phytic acid. This helped me. Probiotics. Zinc L- Carnosine. Manuka honey. Spirulina. Boswelia. Licorice root. Curcumin. Ginger.

Untreated trauma can make cells unwilling to absorb nutrients. It's not only a question about the physical. It goes as far as generational trauma (inherited), birth trauma etc. Psycho kinesiology, muscle testing, family constellation and somatic experiencing.

Awesome video! So helpful as always. How does a person determine when to stop taking Beet Flow, digestive enzymes or HCL? Or are these things one should take long term?

The goal should not be indefinite use except for enzymes. I go over this in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZorYYamgjqaIi9E

Check one thing. I see your channel talks a lot about raw foods and looks like a great channel. If a person is getting enough raw foods, they may not need to use enzymes indefinitely like most people would.

Hi Doc, thanks for the insightful video. I have watched many of your videos and I think I might have both a stomach acid and lack of bile issue. I want to ask if it is fine to take betaine hcl and an alternative to beetflow? I can't get beetflow in my country so what else is there that I can take 😢 I am really struggling with chronic diarrhea to the point that I actually just don't want to eat anymore because if I eat I get really bad symptoms, but obvisouly I have to eat...

I had cholastasis and high liver enzymes so was following this beet flow stuff. Liver looks good on scans and enzymes are in normal range.. now I have slightly elevated lipase. It wasn’t elevated during prior tests months ago. Fixed liver and now it’s my pancreas? I don’t get it ahhh. Loose stools and intermittent mild pain/discomfort. Used to feel it sharp where gallbladder is, now don’t- just kinda everywhere
@EJ257IHI
@EJ257IHI 8 күн бұрын
Have you ever had a GI Stool test? I would start there. Genova Diagnostics, create a free account, pay/order the test. They test many markers, including the pancreas for Pancreatic Elastase. Did they scan your gallbladder too? Loose stools can be lack of bile and/or some sort of an infection too. The above test could really shed some light on things. I fixed my SIBO, my gallbladder is clear and I have fat malabsorption and high cholesterol. Since I ruled out Pancreatic Elastase via the above test, I'm going after the Liver and also taking TUDCA.

BUT: what creates low stomach acid? > hpylori, stress > vagus etc > nervenpinchment of spine, nervproblem in the head, not chewing correctly? Not enough pressure on cells? If its genetic? Ahhh could be > thalassamia? Comt? Mthfr? Mth? Etc... plz make a video on that! (I did a genetical test and result will come in december)

I was drinking too much water since 2018. First i started drinking during exercise for weight loss with very low calories. but then it became habit. In 2022 i test for electrolyte my sodium was 132 I increased sodium but didn’t reduce water intake. Now i have sign of thyroid issue while I don’t have any antibodies but thyroid is bit slowed. Whatever i eat i have smell of that food in poop 10 hours after eating. Stool is bit lose while my blood pressure was low in 2022 now it is perfect. Sugar level is near 79. My skin is dry, anxiety is through the roof, thinking capacity is reduced to 50%. Vision is blury. Is there any thing i could do to fix this. While i have tried supplements not much improvement.

Nutrient supplements are not likely to help unless you can figure out exactly what you need. in most cases like this, digestive malfunctions are restrcting your ability to access nutrients in your food like we explain in this video. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

@@KickItNaturallyI've been trying carnivore for abt 8 days. I am taking HCl (I need this to eat anything), ox-bile (started again because I had forgot abt it), and Enzymes and am still not digesting fat. Crapping yellow mucus like fat all over again. I became chronically ill at 14, dropped down to 80 pounds at 5'0, kind of was sick before but all the pain kicked in at 15. Been solving my own issues due to medical gaslighting and the fact the medical system is half the reason I'm sick in the first place. I've came a long way and am wayyyy better than even a year ago, but am ready to clear these issues up for good. I want to get back to living and traveling and being able to do things. I also supposedly have had arthirits for years probably since before 14, but it got bad in my spine after me "Injuring" it I guess. Why can I still not digest fat, do I need to just stay on carnivore and keep taking the ox-bile or take more than one capsule and see what happens? If I didn't eat like a crazy amount of meat or milk (somewhat started drinking milk again last year) I can't take more than 1 HCL capsul. But I wonder if maybe I'm not taking enough HCl for carnivore. I also am doing a 3 month lacto/bifido, Saccharomyces boulardii, and soil based probiotic protocol. And byuterate capsules. May sound like a lot but I dod over a year of reading articles, books, and videos to really get an idea of what's going on. I originally started off with parasites and mold cleansing, because I do know, other than iatrogenic effects and abuse, I had years of mold toxicity since age 6 or before which contributed to me becoming sick. I feel like the parasite thing isn't the case and that's better but I could still have some mold overgrowth. But I feel I am almost healed from that as well. It's like my main thing now is actually being able to digest fat.
