I learned a lot from to Dr. Rachel's interview and will try to include her tips into my daily life. I had never heard of "box breathing" before. Because it's new to me, I'm having a little trouble doing box breathing but I will keep on working on it until I get proficient at it. I'm also having trouble finding a therapist I feel confident with since my last new therapist (my old one no longer accepted my insurance) stopped doing what was working for me and wanted me to do what SHE thought I SHOULD be doing.
