I work with an aggressive selfish young person doing patient care. Thank you for the video. It will help me handle this young person who is very selfish and aggressive toward other staff in front of patients. She is very manipulative, pitting people against each other. Honestly I don’t think there is any way I can control her aggression. I think she is on ADHD medication. How to bring her selfishness and aggression down about 10 levels will be very difficult. She is very self centered. I think for me it is going to be just a practice in self control to not let her push my buttons. How to de escalate an aggressive, selfish, attentions seeking young person, and maintain my composure and redirect the aggression is my goal. It’s a great practice in self control and application of practical intellect . The video was helpful. Thank you very much.
