Also in Islam is too islamic meditation you can find on youtube and its not bad to learn from budhist or other gurus about what is thoughts and what is anxiaty thoughts and how it effects the body.. Its always good to learn from diffrent cultures and training the mind and body so long that not related to religion beliefs. Just also pray and read holly quran is also good for the mind body soul and alote of meditation zikr.. All Muslim should do this and plus Islamic meditation and just normal meditation WITHOUT budaism system !!

@@lambenyengir9673 yeah i like his videos today i did Dua Zikr becouse is also Holly Ramadan and alote of praying and praising Allah for every good things in life and Islamic Meditation its also beneficial but like i said its Ok to learn some diffrent culture meditation and to learn more about body and mind and brain thoughts things that we dont know and its good to learn this from others as long its not somethings to learn other idols God beliefs ritual prayers in their ways system, becouse otherwise its like we learn to know Idol God Meditation ritual things.. So thats Shirk, thats big sin in Islam !! I also love his videos and meditation guidens.. He Have amazing explanation.. Very good videos About Body Mind .. ๑๐.คำสอนของฮวงโป (การแสวงหา) เมื่อ ชาวโลกได้ฟังคำกล่าวว่า พระพุทธเจ้าทั้งหลายย่อมทรงถ่ายทอด ธรรม คือ จิต, เขาก็พากันเหมาเอาว่า มีอะไรบางสิ่ง ซึ่งจะต้องลุถึงหรือเห็นแจ้งต่างหากไปจาก จิต และเพราะเหตุนั้น เขาจึงใช้ จิต เพื่อการแสวงหา ธรรม โดยไม่รู้เลยว่า จิต และ ธรรม ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่เขาพากันแสวงหานั้น เป็นสิ่งๆ เดียวกัน จิต ไม่ใช่สิ่งซึ่งอาจนำไปใช้แสดงหาสิ่งอื่น นอกจาก จิต เพราะ ถ้าทำดังนั้น แม้เวลาล่วงไปแล้ว เป็นล้าน ๆ กัป วันแห่งความสำเร็จก็ยังไม่โผล่มาให้เห็นอยู่นั่นเอง, การทำตามวิธีนั้นไม่สามารถจะนำมาเปรียบกันได้กับวิธีแห่งการขจัดความคิดปรุงแต่ง โดยฉับพลัน ซึ่งนั่นแหละคือตัว ธรรม อันเป็นหลักมูลฐาน. เหมือนอย่างว่านักรบคนหนึ่ง เขาลืมไปว่าได้ประดับไข่มุกของตนไว้ที่หน้าผากตัวเอง เรียบร้อยแล้ว กลับเที่ยวแสวงหามันไปในทุกแห่ง เขาอาจจะเที่ยวหาไปได้ทั่วทั้งโลก แต่ก็มิอาจจะพบมันได้, แต่ถ้าเผอิญมีใครสักคนหนึ่งซึ่งรู้ว่านักรบคนนั้นทำผิดอยู่อย่างไร แล้วไปชี้ไข่มุกที่หน้าผากของเขา ให้เขาเห็น นักรบคนนั้นก็จะเกิดความรู้แจ้งขึ้นในทันทีทันใดนั้น ว่าไข่มุกได้อยู่ที่นั่นแล้วตลอดเวลา. ข้อนี้ฉันใด เรื่องของพวกเธอก็เป็นฉันนั้น คือถ้าพวกเธอซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาเรื่อง ทาง ทางโน้น กำลังสำคัญผิดเกี่ยวกับ จิต จริงแท้ของตัวเอง คือจับฉวยความจริงไม่ได้ว่า จิต นั่นแหละ คือ พุทธะ ดังนี้แล้ว พวกเธอก็จะต้องเที่ยวแสวงหาพุทธะนั้น ไปในที่ทุกหนทุกแห่ง เฝ้าสาละวนอยู่แต่กับการบำเพ็ญวัตรปฏิบัติ และการเก็บเกี่ยวผลของการปฏิบัติ มีประการต่าง ๆ มัวหวังอยู่แต่การที่จะลุถึงซึ่งความรู้แจ้ง โดยการปฏิบัติที่ค่อยๆ คือ ค่อยๆ คลาน ไปด้วยอาการเช่นนี้เท่านั้น. แต่แม้ว่าจะได้แสวงหา ด้วยความขยันขันแข็งอยู่ตลอดเวลาเป็นกัปป์ ๆ พวกเธอก็ไม่สามารถลุถึงทาง ทางโน้นได้เลย. วิธีการอย่างนี้ ไม่อาจนำมาเปรียบเทียบกันได้กับวิธีการชนิดฉับพลัน กล่าวคือการขจัดความคิดปรุงแต่ง โดยอาศัยความรู้อันเด็ดขาด ว่าไม่มีอะไรเลย ที่จะตั้งอยู่อย่างไม่ต้องแปรผัน ไม่มีอะไรเลยที่ควรจะเข้าไปอยู่อาศัย ไม่มีอะไรเลย ที่ตั้งอยู่ในฐานะเป็นผู้กระทำหรือผู้ถูกกระทำ. มันต้องทำโดยการป้องกัน ไม่ให้ความคิดปรุงแต่งเกิดขึ้นมาได้เท่านั้น ที่พวกเธอจะสามารถรู้แจ้งเห็นจริงต่อ โพธิ, และเมื่อเธอทำได้ ดังนั้น เธอก็จะเห็นแจ้งต่อ พุทธะ ซึ่งมีอยู่ใน จิต ของเธอเองตลอดเวลาได้จริง! ความดิ้นรนตลอดเวลาเป็นกัปป์ ๆ เหล่านั้น จะพิสูจน์ตัวมันเองให้เห็นว่า เป็นความพากเพียรที่เสียแรงเปล่า อย่างมหึมา, เปรียบเหมือนกับเมื่อนักรบผู้นั้นได้พลไข่มุกของเขาแล้ว เขาก็เพียงแต่ค้นพบสิ่งซึ่งแขวนอยู่ที่หน้าผากของเขาเองมาตลอดเวลาแล้วเท่า นั้น, และเหมือนกับการพบไข่มุกของเขานั่นเอง ที่แท้ก็ไม่มีอะรที่ต้องทำเกี่ยวกับความเพียรของเขา ที่ไปเที่ยวค้นหามันทุกหนทุกแห่ง. เพราะฉะนั้นพระพุทธเจ้าจึงตรัสว่า “โดยแท้จริงแล้ว เราตถาคต ไม่ได้ลุถึงผลอะไร จากการตรัสรู้ที่สมบูรณ์ และที่ไม่มีอะไรอื่นยิ่งกว่า.” โดยทรงเกรงว่าประชาชนจะไม่เชื่อคำตรัสข้อนี้ พระองค์จึงทรงดึงความสนใจมายังสิ่งซึ่งมนุษย์เห็นได้ โดยการเห็น ๕ วิธี และสิ่งซึ่งมนุษย์พูดกันอยู่แล้ว ด้วยการพูด ๕ วิธีดุจกัน. ดังนั้น คำกล่าวนี้จึงมิใช่คำพูดพล่อย ๆ แต่ประการใดเลย แต่ได้แสดงถึงสัจจะอันสูงสุดทีเดียว. อ่านเพิ่มเติมต่อได้ : www.sookjai.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=r8iaa118nv4as2taui00p87775&topic=35648.0;wap2

This wisdom makes total sense to me. I need to watch this every morning and every night before bed, for 30 days. I deal with mom rage and I have been pointing the finger at everyone else and they're behavior. The power of change is in me. My thoughts, my reactions, my energy. All in me. Change starts with me. If I am peaceful, they will be peaceful. It is contagious, mood and lifestyle. I need to be the change I want to see. I need to make my mind soft and focus on breathing meditation. Stop reacting. Flow with life like water and stop trying to control it and remember, I am not my thoughts. Let them come and let them go. I am the sky. Change is in me. It is the answer. ⚡

What you said makes sense. I don't know where I heard this saying from, "We are our thoughts, and our thoughts form the type of person we become". But you stating this gives me a different perspective which I had never considered. Also, I started meditating about a month ago and I noticed I feel more peaceful, centered and more in control of the way I think and feel. I am less reactive. Why is this? I don't know much about meditation, and I just started learning about all this, thanks for the video.

I'm in my 10th grade now and a lot of things happend as i expected. One of my family members is dead, my friends before arent my friends now, but somehow i got to find and got to spend time with my childhood friends, i couldnt spend that much time with my family bec we were busy on our own things, and ive just realized you also need to take care of yourself and love yourself much more than anyone else.
