You are just beeing right there. So how can you be the thoughts when you are not thinking? You can be aware without thinking. But if you are thinking, then you are aware of your thoughts.

Also in Islam is too islamic meditation you can find on youtube and its not bad to learn from budhist or other gurus about what is thoughts and what is anxiaty thoughts and how it effects the body.. Its always good to learn from diffrent cultures and training the mind and body so long that not related to religion beliefs. Just also pray and read holly quran is also good for the mind body soul and alote of meditation zikr.. All Muslim should do this and plus Islamic meditation and just normal meditation WITHOUT budaism system !!

Thank you so much! I’m 22 and a university student. My mind feels like it’s running nonstop, and I’m stressed about everything going on right now. My biggest issue is that I react to everything, especially when people treat me poorly. Sometimes, what others do doesn’t even affect me directly, but I still feel jealous, angry over small things, and caught up in relationship problems. I end up arguing with people to get treated fairly, but in the end, I realize that peace has to come from within me. Thank you again.

This wisdom makes total sense to me. I need to watch this every morning and every night before bed, for 30 days. I deal with mom rage and I have been pointing the finger at everyone else and they're behavior. The power of change is in me. My thoughts, my reactions, my energy. All in me. Change starts with me. If I am peaceful, they will be peaceful. It is contagious, mood and lifestyle. I need to be the change I want to see. I need to make my mind soft and focus on breathing meditation. Stop reacting. Flow with life like water and stop trying to control it and remember, I am not my thoughts. Let them come and let them go. I am the sky. Change is in me. It is the answer. ⚡
