Kombu salad, what good timing.I had to order mine from organic supplier(just arrived) online, can't get them from where I am.We live in a boutique community where we only ever shop locally to support local traders so trying out your recipes are a real challenge...so happy that I can reuse the Kombu as they were not cheap..I am making Shio ramen for the family tomorrow.Nori sheets are the same as they one we make sushi with, correct? I hope the family likes seaweed salad.I also ordered macha to make your cheese cake .We don't usually have desserts(except for fruits)in winter.Still ever so cold in Melbourne, winter has been a real drag.It will be a treat...Thank you.
