I can say with absolute confidence that this the best Vegan cheesecake recipe I have ever come across.I had tried others ,not so fond of base using crackers(buscuits). Follow the instructions well and have patience....the base is scrumptious and the fillings not stickyly sweet as the lemon juice balance it out. Also it can be left in the fridge for a few days and still didn't go soft.I made for friends and they all ask for the recipe. I would like to see this in the frozen aisle of the Supermarket one day!!

The addition of the orange to the mango sorbet must be a game changer! For me, mango sorbets always lacked something and maybe it was that tangy zing! Will try it out next time!

I have only recently started experimenting with vegan cheesecakes and I must say, your spin on it looks really impressive! My fam is not into matcha but I am sire I can switch it up with a cocoa swirl instead and it will be equally as delicious! P.S. Yes, it was very beautiful!

Coconut rice pudding seems to be a great base idea for a ton of rice flakes I have in my cupboard (and have no idea what to do with :D). I think I know how to adapt the recipe to finally use them up :D Thank you for the inspiration!

The rice pudding reminds me of my favorite dessert: mangoes and sticky rice. I'm going to have to try it. Also, mangoes are my favorite dessert, so I'm definitely going to have to try that sorbet.

the chocolate pudding is similar to what I worked out many years ago only the cream is simply whipped with drinking chocolate powder or the same amount of cocoa and cane sugar, for mousse :) So awesome how easy good vegan dishes are. Taro and coconut is a very good combo. Will defs have to try this one - very easy. And we are in summer now so good time to try this rice pudding with mango and taro.

Taro rice pudding is one of the most dessert,all your recipes is absolutely fantastis and for sure ,confidence.but this way i did not a little bit disagree for the direction way when you put direct sugar for start cooking rice and taro,for my side better put sugar after rice and taro was cooked.
