I am 45 and I just want to say, speaking from experience, when your entire identity is wrapped up in making money, being married, and raising kids, there will come a day when you realize you have no real friends or anything beyond those things. Trying to make friends at this age is hard, and so is starting over. Make space for those things a priority now.

Exactly. I’m 33 years old and been married with four kids for the past 11 years. Yes, my husband and I started a family early on but I don’t regret it. He’s my life. However, I lost friends along the way and recently made new friends during a business trip. I appreciate the employer I work for, includes business trips with an assigned cohort. Because of my new job, I made a really close friend from Madrid, Spain! I met her in Dallas while on business travel. She’s younger than me, she’s in her early twenties but we got along so well. She didn’t believe me that I was 33 with four kids! She thought I was single and young like her lol then I made a good friend I went to high school with but we never spoke or hung out in HS. But I always thought she was pretty and popular. She added me on social media and we just instantly clicked! She was like why didn’t we talk early on. Anyways, I love all your videos and been taking your advice. Also, I started working out and quit drinking 9 weeks ago. Already lost 8 pounds and my skin is clear and glowing. Don’t want to toot my own horn but I’ve been getting compliments from both men and women at work. It’s nice to revamp yourself. 😂❤❤
