There’s somethings I wanna change about the old me. I don’t want to change my charm,my confidence, and being a very personable woman. Not to mention a sharp dresser. 😊My intuition tells me that my entrepreneurial spirit will need her. I am going through withdrawal from chaos from my childhood to my early 30’s if that makes sense. I’m changing people around me and friendships or relationships that don’t serve my wellbeing. I have autoimmune diseases and people who don’t serve a positive purpose or stress me out must go. I don’t wanna be sick all the time. I just wanna heal. It’s not easy to let it go. Read The Body Keeps the Score. We are not all the same.
