Re-covered my seat this week. I also used gorilla glue to cover the staples to reinforce them to the material and spread the stretch load.

Great job, you put some care into making a solid seat which in turn gets you a new looking seat..probably better than new no doubt. I cam see how a seat cushion could be altered in certain ways for the users needs. Love it. Thank you.

Good evening, the material is called: Quilt Batting Multipurpose Dacron Fiber Polyester Wadding Fabric Loft Upholstery Grade Padding. I know it is a long name 😂 I bought mine from Joann store and also it is available online. I hope this helps

Good morning, still good, I wouldn't do anything different. The edges are still good. The material I got for this project is good quality and UV rated for outdoor use.

If you sweep a blow torch over your plastics, if will return the color... your grey plastic will be black again.

Thank you for the tip. I actually used this technique with a blow torch and I also used a heat gun. It will make old plastic look new.
