Not sure if youtube has censored my other comment here Just remembered first hire I will make is to find someone to bring the advertising in. As Think Media has just said half the time your content creating your running the business. Thus my first hire is someone who can get advertising. Thankfully their are people who specialise in that, so I can contract that in as I can business services. But as soon as I can bring that in house. I would rather pay for them over a shooter or a cutter. But yes 3rd & 4th hires would be a shooter & a cutter. Beyond that the next hire would be social media managment and a ChatGPT based forum handler. Beyond that Merch managment (yes you can contract it out but the return is not good) and getting more help hacking content & production. Then keep going till you've built a tail strong enough to start paying yourself from profits. So if I can get going and find the beers/spoons or tuits I think if I am lucky I am looking at 5 years to get to where I have an independent media house. Good luck to everyone else out there. And don't to cross subscribe and learn from all our mistakes and give feedback. I know so many big time authors that joined writing circles who criticised each others work and all built followings together!

For me, this video has too many cuts and zooms. Its not a Mr beast video, so it just doesn't work. The edits should compliment the energy. The continued zooms and cuts back out, become jarring and more focussed on than what you are talking about. That's an honest feedback, i hope you do well with your channel, but i would likely not watch another video with such editing.
