I felt emotional about the reports, but I maintained scepticism precisely because there did NOT seem to be any real, visual verification of the claims by any independent source. I've studied history, and know there must be verification by several unbiased, independent sources, especially about such emotive claims. That is why inspectors were invited into Bucha to document and photograph the evidence for those atrocities. Personally, I suspect that the soldier was lying to that reporter. If there was any real proof of babies being beheaded the Israelis would definitely have used that evidence for all it was worth to sway opinion in their favour.
