That 40 minutes flew by! Love the breakdown into sections - made it feel more manageable knowing "legs are done", " abs are done", etc.

This was extremely painful, I can't believe I did it!!! Truly advanced level, because there are no breaks in between excercises. I am dyiiiiiiing!! The muscle soreness will be CRAZY tomorrow 🔥🔥🔥

Okay this one was on another level. The no break really killed me + those single legs exercises + the climbers + the last 2 minutes of plank wow. I am drenched but at the same time so proud of myself. I really love those more difficult routines because I can reflect on how strong I've became since the start of my fitness routine. I am now able to complete such hard workout without breaks and that's only the beginning. Thank you so so so much Anna to alway be there for us !!!

I loved this!! What an amazing way to start my busy day of studying- I am preparing for my teacher liscensure tests and this is just what I needed to help me shake off my stress and get a great cross training burn in; I have been doing a lot my senior year of college, running cross country full time, leading a club that meets every Tuesday night, studying for midterms, and taking education classes full time, so having easy access to your workouts is very helpful- Thank you :)
