Tap in with us for a 20 minute full body workout that will take your cardio and endurance to another level! With this session, we are taking you through 10 simple exercises that will be done with NO rest periods between each interval. We will take a long 60 second rest and then repeat each of the exercises for a total of 2 sets. This workout is all-standing with an advanced and modified version for all levels of fitness to participate. This is a solid routine to do weekly if your goal is to improve your endurance, and burn body fat. Give this workout a try and let us know how you did with this new format! 🔥

My husband and I have been doing your workouts exclusively for three years. However, we only made time between 1-3 times a week. I could tell I was getting stronger and we stuck with it. As time went on, I realized i needed more time exercising to build the strength and lose the excess weight I really wanted to. I read the book by Hal Elrod called the Miracle Morning and together with your workouts every day I am finally starting to see muscle growth and fat loss I have been hoping for. Even though we don’t know you all personally, we feel like we are friends. Another couple doing productive, positive things with their lives is just the circle of influence we need in our lives. Thank you so much for every single video you’ve made. You all helped the two of us be excited to work out and remain committed even when things got tough. We will be hitting that “super thanks” button more regularly now that we are making some progress in our financial lives too, thanks to our new Miracle Morning routine. ❤ Lots of love from Kentucky for you two and your new addition.

My eyes must’ve skipped over the word “NONSTOP” cuz I audibly said, “WAIT, WHERE’S THE 15 SECOND BREAK BETWEEN EXERCISES?!?” 😂🤣😂 Reading is fundamental. 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ I wasn’t ready…but really I was cuz I got it done!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I’m stronger than I give myself credit for. Thank, J & T, plus 1. 😊

❤ Stay at home mom of 5 little ones here. I came across this couple's fitness videos months ago and I am NOT leaving. When I say I'm in the kitchen following along in between meals and potty times..and my babies join in, that's what it is. So thank you for the format and doing the research to reach us who really want to get back in there and actually stay motivated to KEEP GOING. The low impact step to the beat are favs for me right now bc I'm completely and utterly out of shape 😅.

Funny thing is, when I first heard the nonstop part I almost found a different J&T cardio workout…but I was like if pregnant Toya can do it, postpartum Shauna can do it too 😝…great workout guys…keep em coming!!! 👍🏾

Hi lovely people, all the way from England! I’m a nurse, currently off work with a broken arm. Can’t work, can’t drive, can’t write and can’t get to the gym. I started following you before i even got pregnant, then i had to stop working out because postpartum is so hard lol (not to scare yall 😂) and now my baby is 1.5 years old, i think im ready to get back to working out again. I attempted this to test my endurance. I did all the exercises except 2! My legs gave out lol so I listened to my body and got back it! What a quick good sweat. Will attempt again in a week. The goal is to complete the whole workout without stopping

Loved this! Thanks J&T! 👊🏼 Another 10 minutes would be fine by me. I was totally expecting a finisher. 15 seconds of each exercise or something. During the Lateral Bounds I did a punch to the side wall.

Good morning guys from London, wow, this got me sweating 😅😅. Definitely found the 60s duration tough in some of the exercises as I'm used to doing 40s bursts max, but I did it 😅😅. Great way to shake off the morning cobwebs and face the day ahead. Congratulations on your growing family too ❤❤
