My family and I have just completed the 28 day challenge and wanted to post this comment here for those thinking about taking this on... This is the most rewarding 28 days of exercise we have done together and we all feel great for it. There is no avoiding it, the challenge is HARD. Initially, it feels like a huge amount of squats and jumps (and only the most literal version of no repeat) but after a couple of days of sore quads you get the rewards. Each individual week has a great flow to it with different rhythms to each day. Military Monday is always a little scary! Each subsequent week develops and pushes you in different ways. By the time the weights kick-in in the third week, you are totally ready for them. At 50% complete on day 1 you wonder how you will ever complete 1 session, by day 28 you can't believe it has gone so quickly. The last CV session on Saturday (Day 27) was a proper endorphin hit and I loved it. The stretches on Sundays are so relaxing. If you are on the fence about this challenge- JUST DO IT. @@himanshi8888 We lost a bit of weight, but that wasn't our main motivation. We were significantly more toned after the 28 days with a clear change in all of our physiques. We all put on muscle and lost some fat. However, for us the biggest motivation was to get fitter, and these videos were perfect for that. Mentally, it was great to have the challenge every day to keep you motivated and focused with no searching for the next video. We still do Anna 5 days a week following her weekly plans, but the 28 day challenge was a great introduction and we're still so pleased we did it.

i got almost 16 minutes in and i cant do it anymore. i dont hate myself because i actually got the courage up to literally just click on the video. i kept telling myself "do it, you need the workout and the results" but i just gave up. im just proud of myself that i actually got this far, you know? i can see the numbers on the scale going down in my head. im going to do this :)

Yesterday i hardly did it 11min and i fell like throwing up(vomit) so i stopped.. Today i completed my task.. But i was not able to do it properly. I take break between exercises... Right now i can fell my whole body is acheing.. So wish u all the best.. You can do it buddy👍

I understand the struggle. I started out doing five minute workouts and then slowly worked my way to twenty minutes while building up my stamina and endurance. Just pace yourself and remember every winner was once a beginner. You'll get there👍💕!

Even though it’s almost the end of August 2021 and I’m starting on a Thursday, I still want to do this challenge and see how far a go. I make sure to do this everyday no matter what and push myself harder to grow! I honestly love this channel and have been doing the 30-40 min cardio HIIT workouts and decided to do this! I love love this amazing woman. Thanks so much for what you do. It's free aswell. We are not worthy. I just finished day 1 of this workout and so far so good. Be ready to sweat. I love how the workout videos are straight to the point. No talking and the countdown timer and percentage is very helpful in terms of motivation. I pray I make it to day 30

i am so glad I have found this! Easy to follow, with no chat so you can listen to your own music... there was some stuff I couldn't do, but easy to make an easier adjustment,.. also really like that you can see how much you have done.. so the end is always in sight and you know when to give it your all nearer the end! Those Lunge Stretch Left & Right Leg you do at the end, are actually Hip Flexor Stretches, I love those. Love your workouts! Just music, timer and plenty of sweating! The 10 seconds between exercise is just enough to recuperate.

Decided to do this after weightlifting. The star jumps took me out, I was out of breath the entire time. I finished the workout though. I did have to pause the video three times because of exhaustion. The cooldown at the end was amaaaaaaazing!!!😊💕

I just finished doing this... it was tough. I modified some exercises but i pulled through. I hope i can go through all 30 day workout. 🙃🙃 today is day 1

@@dorinaheinig9727 hey..., so when i discovered this it was end of January when Anna started the February challenge. Which I then joined. I work out with her Mon-Fri then Saturday i do a 3km run and Sunday is rest day for me. I have become much stronger, my push ups are much better looking although im still on my knees, i can hold my planks esp the side ones. I just started the March challenge so far so good.. I aim to do 20 *on the toes PushUps* with no rest inbetween by year end.. 5 Pull Ups * 1 Muscle up..and * an unsupported by the wall handstand... Sorry the reply was long but thank you for asking...😍😍😍

Finally have the courage to start your 28-Day HIIT Challenge (make it a "February" Challenge instead😜)! Was so sweaty, and I couldn't feel my legs anymore by the end of the 2nd last exercise 😅. Anna, you are a POWER house! Love it!

Came back to Anna's workouts after about a year. Did them religiously last year in Jan and Feb and saw some great results and progress. Unfortunately, life happened and couldn't continue for rest of last year but I'm back hoping to crush it as Anna always does! Thanks for making these lockdown winter evenings more productive.

In the beginning I thought this was actually fun and I managed fine until about 60%, the last exercises I could only do halfheartedly. I was looking for a workout that really makes me sweat though so I can't really complain :D Don't know how I'm gonna finish the 45 minutes workout tomorrow, I'm scared already

What a great workout !! Felt impossible to finish those trainings when I started, I am now able to complete an entire workout (i’m still dying but can handle it much better 😅)! That’s such a great satisfaction and it keep you going for it 💪🏽💪🏽 Thank you Anna, your workouts are amazing !!

Day 1 done! So this is my first time working out with Anna. A friend suggested. I am in bad shape because I stopped eating healthy and working out as I had too relocate. I was looking for something light yet challenging to gain back the flexibity and agility of my body. This felt so good. I didnt find it ard because I have already worked out for a year but these 28 days are gonna be fun as I get back into my habit of exercising and keeping my body fit!!

Before I had no idea about how workout can chage ma LIFE all.. my hands are still trembling now because it's really hard .. but I sure that I will never stop because it's a challenge with myself . And thank you so much to help know myself more and having this discipline in my life❤❤❤

Day 1 : Bener" super sweaty🤩 feeling fresh after👍✨ I need 2hours to finish it. 27:08 stop (Plank up&down ternyata susah banget ya :') + Lunge Jumps skip dulu :) Day 2 : same stop. Sorry burpees I'm not ready yet :) (need 1,5hours) Day 3 : same stop (need 2hours) every 10minutes I always think to stop. But in other way I should TRY to consistent for d amazing result🙏🙂 Day 4 : ... Day 5 : ...

Hello, well...... Can I just thank you whole heartily, I use to be super active, running, biking, hiit workouts, triathlons, and loved that way of life, but then Life changes slowed all that😭 but that was before I found these amazing workouts, I'm back baby!! Tottaly kills me, but I love that. Thank you. Sets me up for a day of homeschooling the kids!!! ❤️

I have been working out for years, I've done longer cardio workouts but this one kills me every time. I just did this for the fourth time and I still feel like it's super hard for me. I just keep reminding myself that the more I will do this, the better I'll get at it so... Just keep going everyone and remember you are amazing! Thank you Anna for your inspiring content 🙏🏻❤️
