Loved having lunges to start since they're my least favourite and then ended with dead lifts which are my favourite! Really gave me the energy to finish!

I know I’m getting stronger! When I first started your workouts last year I always had to pause them for additional breaks (no shame in that either as I was still working). Fast forward to now, I’m able to go all the way through without additional breaks. Go me! Thank you, Heather! All victories are not about the # on the scale 💪🏾

This was one of my favorite leg workouts yet! I was able to push to heavier weights and I know I wouldn’t have been able to before this program. Holding 20lbs over my head for the stand up drives if it wasn’t for Heathers Fierce 14 and all the upper body work she poured into the 12 week 2.0 program. ♥️💪🏽🥵

Had a really rough day at work today (like crying in your car at the end of the day kind of bad). Didn't feel like working out but I'm so glad I committed to this program. I feel a lot better with the post workout endorphins pumping thru me now. An important reminder for me that this isn't just about physical results but overall wellness.

That is definitely one of my favorite leg workouts....that was brutal for sur but so challenging to those hamstrings and quads and that is what I like to get out of my comfort zone . Game changer!!! Getting better on those stand up drives and one legged deadlifts. Need more of these to become proficient. Love your challenges. Could we get some jump rope back in some routines after this challenge. Also game changer, I finally worked out with cross trainers during this workout. Makes such a difference. I know running sneakers are meant for running. Hard to break a running habit. Since I have to hold off on my running to prolong my knee health and longevity figure I would finally make the move. So much better on the feet and stability.

2 weeks back, when I first tried the Stand up+drive, I could hardly do 1 or 2 reps without even holding any weight. Now, I could hold up 3Kg dumbbell and do 4+ reps! Wow! I am getting stronger! Just 3 weeks back stumbled upon this program. Wish I could complete all 12 weeks! Fingers crossed!
