so ready for this workout! before I do the workout, I quickly scroll through to see which weights are used when since I have to change my plates sometimes. I thought if anyone does the same then I will start posting here what weights are used and when :) Circuit 1 Chest Press: 2 Heavy Negative Chest Press: 2 Heavy Chest Fly Bridge: 2 Light V-Press: 2 Light Neutral Press: 2 Medium Circuit 2 Underhand Row: 2 Light Negative 1-Arm Row (R): 1 Heavy Negative 1-Arm Row (L): 1 Heavy Dumbbell Pull Over: 1 Medium Renegade Row: 2 Medium Heather I hope it's ok I post that! I thought long and couldn't think of why not, but I won't be offended if you delete this comment if you don't want that info posted :) Thanks as always for all your amazing workouts!!

Another killer upper body workout from Heather Robertson! 💪🏼🔥 I love how she always brings intensity and variety to her routines. This chest and back strength session with dumbbells is no exception - it's challenging yet totally doable, and I can feel the burn already!

Holy moly this was a killer 🥵 Workout language was used round three. I used 10,15,20. I'm definitely have a crazy amount of strength. Jumping up from 15 to 20 on lots of moves. Stayed with the weights all 3 rounds. Looking forward to dying tomorrow. Till then

Had a chest and back session at the gym today but the day got away from me & I didn’t make it - I did this instead and wow am I glad ! This was really challenging- will most definitely be doing when I need to w/o from home again ! Loved it ! 🫶🏼

Whoooooo!!!! This workout was fire. I completed everything. I had to modify the renegade row with 8lbs weights. This was added to my favourites.

I have just finished Day 40 of workout this is my second round first time missed out the last week due to work. This time I got to 8 weeks off on holiday tomorrow. Will start again when I return. By the way I am 66 years young from Northern Ireland. I love your programme.

Thank you, Heather; significant difference when I first joined you 3 years ago; before I would do the exercises but not aware of the muscles used to do them; now I put emphasis and concentration on each move. My shoulders thank you❤😆

I've been taking rest day since Saturday until today (Sunday). 😢 This is the first time I take rest day, I think I need this bcoz Im getting insomnia almost everyday 😢

I loved this workout, as I love all of your workouts. My favourite stance with legs while doing the shoulder and chest dumbbell reps was the Table Top position. Loved all of this routine. Thanks Heather ❤❤❤

2a vuelta de 4.0 son 3 rep. por ejercicio. ahora con 10, 15 y 20 LB por mancuerna. El pecho me costó con 20 apenas y llegaba a 8 reps pero lo intenté. Gracias HR

Total body metcon and upper body days are my favs. This was an interesting one. It wasn’t super sweaty, but it was definitely a challenge. My arm and back muscles were on fire! The push ups to failure…whew😅 thanks Heather!

Those muscles were definetly dying by the end of the third round (and those push ups were a killer🥵)! Another great one starting off this last phase of the program, thank you so much Heather! 💜 (burned 147 cals on my fitbit)

Love how we are amping it up, but I noticed that my fingers started fatiguing by the 2nd sequence-even with my lifting gloves. I wasn’t gripping hard either. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

Finally got this one done ✅ tougher than I thought. My hands were aching by the end of the first circuit! Loved it though & perfect for me at the moment while I recover from a leg injury.

I did not want to miss the star of phase 3 but wow, it was hard to get to it today. We had an epic pow day at the ski hill so I boarded for nearly 5 hours then came home with very little gas in the tank for this workout but I got it done. Feeling so strong in my daily activities thanks to this strength focused program
