This was great!!! Just the right amount of cardio mixed in with weights😅👍💪Whenever Jenn is on it seems like it’s a tougher workout🤪😂kinda get excited and scared at the same time!😂I really love when you see what weights she has and either go heavier\lighter depending 😂🤣Thanks for an amazing Monday morning workout!😊

KZbin should allow me to hit the “like” button several times, as a +1 +1 +1 +1 because there are so many things to like and love about this workout! To begin, as well as why weve joined in the first place, an awesome strength and cardio, getting us stronger and getting our heart rate up. Then as always, Chris guiding us through to have correct form as well as encouragement to push harder when we can or to modify when needed, love that. Another great thing, Jen is here! Whenever she joins, I think she’s such a sweet person, I totally see why Chris is friends with her. And, lastly, so many shopping and celebration tips -from the compression leggings, the savings app, ways to celebrate a “big” birthday, great dish towels all while getting an excellent workout! Thank you both! Oh and, DJ Kev, Louie and Anna! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Today is my 228th work out with you and I started really following your program November 12th, 2023! I’m stronger, more flexible, I don’t even do your step videos anymore and mostly gravitate towards strength and/or HIIT work outs. 🥰 here’s to another year!!

yeah Jen!! Always good energy when you are visiting! My rule for my watch is when it's on I'm doing a workout. I have turned off all notification so no email, texts, etc. I use the watch as a tool just like putting on sneakers, it comes off when done. This way the numbers don't drive me crazy. thanks for an awesome workout - love the cardio weight combo xoxo

Not feeling that great but trying to brainwash myself into doing normal activities (i.e. a good w/o), but I quickly discovered how challenging this was and had to take it down a notch. Whew - super sweaty!

wow - thank you ladies for a terrific after party. I admit I modified a couple of exercises (but I didnt cry about it) - that workout saved me putting the heating up, that is for sure. Big thank you for the great variety . I loved it.

Cardio and strength did not disappoint. As we say in the midwest: "Oofta" but such a great way to start the day and the week. It was tough but awesome. Chris and Jen didn't seem fazed by it, but I was sweating and breathing...and possibly swearing some. "Don't cry: Modify."

Would you believe my wifi went off. But I caught up because the video was delayed. Only thing I missed was the bonus. This workout was a tiny bit strenuous but it would be because the facia is a bit tight for early morning workouts. I appreciated this workout. It was a total body for me. Thanks all

AWESOME!!! Love the cardio and strength in the mornings. I walk/jog on my treadmill and then do the weights!!! Great way to get my strength training in while still getting my 1 mile a day goal💜💜
